After winning in Sky Sanctuary Zone, the land will slowly collapse.
You will then start to run up the circular ramp to avoid falling.
You near the Death Egg (the greyish round thing on the top right hand side) and jump onto it......
You will then begin your journey in Death Egg Zone.
Death Egg is one of the hardest zones in the entire Sonic 3 & Knuckles. Here, the technology is very high while the badniks are just lousy! There is a flying badnik which has a spike ball revolving it (actually, it isn't flying, it just moves a few cm above the ground), a machine which has spikes around it which can extend its spikes, a rocket launcher, electric grounds etc. However, in act 2, you would have to move upside down sometimes (cool huh?).
