"Oh but I've seen . . .
and heard all about
what tomorrow
will be and bring

I've been there
and I've been back
time and space
have no restriction
and I've changed
the past,
as I've endured
the present,
|
Verse 3

For what is a Prophet
if not to take us
one by one
line upon line
precept upon precept
into the future
of what our lives
and that around
us will be like,
|
Verse 4

so no it isn't the moment
it's the total
of all I've been
of all I see
of all I can be
|
Verse 5

To live for moment
is to be lost in time
before it begins
it is already over
and to correct
or change the past
is called repentance
|
Verse 6

And to see and know
of the future
is too love Father
and but listen
to His Prophets
here upon the Earth
and those that have
gone before,
|
Verse 7

And the present
the present
if for the moment
is to utilize the talents
and promises given
and covenants made
while still we hold
the rod, the iron rod
|
Verse 8

To listen to the word of God
and not to waver
thinking of what we missed
or of what we'll have
but to be an example
of who and what
we are to become,
|
Verse 9

For this is to know God
For this is to love God
For this is to be obedient
when others jeer
or laugh and shout,
|
Verse 10
********
for this is what
we live but never
in a moment
but in forever
from no beginning
to no end
is where we live
