"Learned from a Seven Year Old"
(The secret of unicorns)

Verse 1

A secret was taught today
remember about a month ago
my little friend accepted the way
she had a green unicorn to love her so?

 Verse 2
********

Well unicorns are special and are secret
many are like the strangers we meet
is that if we learn to love and forget
they too can change into friends neat.

Verse 3
********

Thus when she learned to accept the love
of this green unicorn for her as a friend
slowly it changed as if magic from above
it went through many colors from front to end.

 Verse 4
********

Slowly the unicorn went from green to white
and then somewhere it changed itself to pink
now my little friend goes fast asleep at night
knowing that friendship and love was the link.

So if you find a stranger who is not known
and you feel prompted their to be a friend
treat them with an outpouring of love shown
and you learn this magic secret in the end.
