Buffy:I really need to find a mirror.See what and who I look like in *this* dream.O.k., I'm still me.
Boy, do I fell like I'm revisiting halloween!Brown hair that's a little curly,red silk and velvet gown.I like this necklace..alot.I wonder if I can keep it?Rubies and diamonds, me likes.Just don't tell me I have ruby slippers.(looks down at her feet)Good,no ruby slippers.
A maid enters that looks like Willow.....
Willow:Ms.Angelica, Monsuir Angelus and company have arrived.He is waiting in the gardens.He ordered me to tell you that he traveled all the way from Galway to see you again.
Buffy:Tell him that I'll be there in a moment.
Willow:Very well, miss.
Buffy:Wait,um, what is your name again?
Willow:I am Elly.
Buffy:Well, Elly.How do I look?And tell me the honest to goodness truth.
Willow:You look stunning, miss.
Buffy:Thank you, Elly.Really,and you need not fear me.
Willow:Yes, miss.
Buffy:And call me Angelica.I'm really tired of being called 'miss'.
Willow:Yes, mi....Angelica.
Buffy:You are excused.
Willow/Elly leaves...
Buffy:This is mucho weirdo!Guess,I'd better go.
Buffy arrives in the garden Monsuir Angelus, Monsuir Finnigan(Giles),Mrs.Finnigan(Jenny), and Lady Duncan(Cordelia).They all stand.The butler Jeeves(Oz) comes in with some scotch and champaign.
Buffy:Good evening to you sirs.Mrs.Finnigan,Lady Duncan,How are you?
Jenny:We are well.How are you Lady Angelica?
Buffy:I am well, also.
Monsuir Angelus goes to kiss Lady Angelica's hand.
Mosuir O'Lagherty enters(Xander)
Buffy:How are you Sirs?
Angel:I am well.
he kisses her hand
Giles:As am I.
Buffy:Good evening Mosuir O'Lagherty
Xander:I am fair, Miss Angelica
Angel:Here...
he pulls out a lovely carved wooden box
Angel:This is for you.
Buffy gasps as she opens it to find a beautifully carved, silver,heartshaped locket with a diamond in the middle.She opens it and finds a rather small drawing of them holding eachother.On the other side is an engraving, it says :

Buffy:Oh,Monsuir Angelus!It's absolutely gorgeous!I will treasure it forever.
They kiss lightly*
Buffy wakes up it's 2:12 a.m.
Buffy:Woa, what an odd dream...
At the highschool library with the gang just enetering ...minus Oz and Cordy....
Buffy:Hey, Giles.What's on the agenda for today.
Giles:Uh, well, I haven't really given it much thought....I would say training, patrol, and then a little phrophectic research.
Xander:Remember what we said about big words, Giles?Make them smaller.
Giles:Sorry,um, I would like for you to be prepared for whatever may come.There is a prophecy that needs to be deciphered, and as far as I can tell...it may happen within the next two weeks.
Buffy:O.k., now for Buffy dream time.Giles, I need you to listen.
Giles:Yes, um, go on.
Buffy:Well it starts out I'm in this really fancy bedroom.It's huge.Then there is a large mirror and I look to find that I'm wearing something from probably the 16-18 hundreds.I'm wearing this gorgeous dress and this killer diamond and ruby necklace.Anyway this maid comes in and she looks exactly like Willow but her name is Elly.She tells me that Monsuir Angelus and company have arrived from Galway and are waiting in the garden.I go to the garden and find that Monsuir Angelus is Angel,Monsuir Finnigan is you,Giles and you are married to Ms.Calendar.Lady Duncan is Cordelia,Jeeves the butler is Oz,and Monsuir O'Lagherty is Xander.The mansion is huge and made of stone, very fancy.My name is Angelica. Well we greet each other and then Angel gives me a present in a beautifully designed wooden box.It is a silver, heart locket.It has a diamond in the outside in the middle of the heart and has a beautiful design on it.Inside is a rather small drawing of me and Angel holding eachother.On the other, inner side is an engraving.It says 'With this locket I give you my heart and soul.Love always, Your Angel'.Then we kiss and I wake up.
Giles:It sounds like a normal dream to me.
Buffy:Giles, you know that all my dreams have some sort of weird message.Maybe I can look at the Watcher's Diaries and see if there was a girl named Angelica or something.
Giles:You can check it out after school.
Buffy:O.k.,Thanks Giles.

After school....
Xander:Hey G-man.
Giles:Please, do not call me 'G-man'.
Willow:Anybody need me to look up anything?
willow has just seated herself at the computer desk
Giles:I would like you to look up a prophecy about a new master rising.
Willow/Buffy:Another master?!
Buffy:Didn't we already deal with this?
Giles:Well,....yes.But after one master dies another is chosen.
Buffy:Woa, deja vou.Isn't that what happens with slayers?
Xander:I remember hearing that in the 'In every generation...' speech.
Giles:Yes.But masters aren't born that way.They just happen to be the most powerful vampires that are chosen to be leaders.
Xander:Oh.Question.Wasn't Angel a powerful vampire?
Giles:Yes, he was.He was the 'Scourge of Europe'.He destroyed parts of Europe and killed thousands to get that title.
Willow:Why didn't he ever become a master?
Giles:No one knows.One would think that others didn't like him.Then he got his soul.
Buffy:Nothing like hearing about your boyfriend's past killing sprees.
Giles:Sorry.
Buffy:Your not the one who started it, Giles,Xander is.So,Xander who...what did you do last night ?
Xander:That was low, Buffy, really low.
Buffy:Don't they say that 'Payback's a bitch'?Well, that was payback.
Angel enters..
Buffy:Hey, Angel.How are you?
Angel:I'm good.I came to tell you guys that there's a new fang gang in town.I went to ask Willy about them but he closed his bar.
Buffy:This new fang gang must have scared the weasle pretty badly.Willy never closes his bar.Giles, do you think that this has anything to do with that new master guy?
Giles:It might.Willow, have you found anything yet?
Willow:Not much.It just says that the new master is to arise one the third night of the full moon.The master will have to feed from a Slayer in order for its powers to kick in.
Buffy:Its?
Willow:No one can be sure that the master is a guy or a girl.
Angel:I over heard a few vamps talking about the new master being Lord Walker.
Giles:Lord Walker....*The* Lord Walker?
Angel:Yeah, as far as I know.I highly doubt it though.
Giles:He's supposed to be cursed to limbo.
Angel:Maybe someone found spell to bring him back.
Giles:My question is why do they want him?
Buffy:Um,hello?Can someone tell me who this guy is?
Angel:He was an English nobleman that happened to be the town executioner.He was able to move and see things with his mind.Kind of like visions and telekenetic ablities.He would have the sheriff get new victims to torture.He new alot about torture and murder.An ex-victim of his was turned and then turned him.Eventually a coven made a spell to bind his power and send him into limbo.That was the last anyone ever saw or heard of him.
Xander:How do you know all of this?
(In a hushed voice)
Angel:Darla, Drusilla, and I were friends of his.I taught him how to torture people.
Buffy:O.k.,Enough history.How do we kill him?
Angel:We'll have to bind his power before we take action.I'll go under cover and see whats going on.
Buffy:No, it's too dangerous.Even for you.
Angel:I have to.And the new fang gang is nothing but newbies.So they won't know who I am.Lord Walker doesn't know that I have a soul.
Buffy:Please, be careful.
Angel:Always
They kiss...

In the Library later that night(somewhere around 3:20),Buffy is alone in Giles' office reading the watcher diaries.
Buffy:I'd better get home.
Buffy goes into the main part of the library,She gets towards the center of the room and a bright light appears then disappears and takes Buffy with it.The watcher diary falls to the floor and the library is empty.
Buffy is lying in a field of grass.She has long brown hair and a really old looking dress.The skies are blue and nearly cloudless.It's relatively warm.
Buffy:Where the hell am I?
Buffy hears a mans voice.the voice has a very thick accent
Angelus:A lady like you shouldn't talk like that.
Buffy:Huh?Angel?What?Where am I?
Angelus:You are lying in the grass on my father's farm.And who's Angel?
Buffy:What year is it?What city am I in?
Angelus looks at her funny
Angelus:Galway....Galway,Ireland.1750.
Buffy:Am I dreaming?This has to be a dream.I can't be in Ireland.
Angelus:Why not?
Buffy:Because, I live in California.
Angelus:Where's that?
Buffy:Uh, America.
Angelus:Well, you seem to be a *very* long way from home.
Buffy:Yeah.Um, Angel...us is your name right?
Angelus:Yes, it is.How...
Buffy:I know someone that looks alot like you and has your name.
Angelus:Oh,I thought my name was one of a kind.
Buffy:Uh, well I guess not.
Angelus:I'd better get you to the house to clean you up.
Angelus helps Buffy up off the ground and thay start to walk to his home...
Buffy:Yeah,I probably look aweful.
Angelus:Not in the slightest.
Buffy blushes
Buffy:Thank you.
Angelus:You're very welcome.....Miss
Buffy:Uh, Summers
Angelus:Miss Summers
Buffy:Sorry, my name is Buffy Anne Summers.
Angelus:What would you liked to be addressed as?
Buffy:Buffy is fine.
Angelus:I've never heard such a name as yours.
Buffy:Well, the Americans created it I guess.
Angelus:Are you hungry?
Buffy:Starving.
Angelus:Good, because Mamai is making a large dinner.
Buffy and Angelus walked in silence for a few minutes
Angelus:Do you know Darla?
Buffy:Darla?!Why?!
Angelus:Because, people have beeen talking about her and I don't have any idea who she is.
Buffy:Stay away from her.
Angelus:Why?Is she a murderer?
Buffy:Sort of.
Angelus:What do you mean?
Buffy:Do you believe in vampires?
Angelus:(laughing a little)No!
Buffy:Well, you'd better start.Darla, well....She.....She's a vampire.
Angelus:What?!That's not possible.It's just a legend.
Buffy stops walking and Angelus stops a few steps ahead
Buffy:Angelus, I know I shouldn't tell you this...
Angelus:What?
Buffy:O.k.,I'm a Vampire Slayer, from the future.I kill all the demons a creatures that go bump in the night.Darla is a vampire.One night you would get drunk at the local brothel and stumble down a dark alley.You would meet Darla there.She seduces you into becoming a vampire.In 90 or so years you feed off of a gypsie's daughter and they curse you with a soul.You wander across the globe untill sometime in 1994 when you are found in an alley feeding off of rats by a demon named whistler.He is a good demon.He tells you to get on with your life and get a job or something.You call yourself Angel.Then you move to California in 1995 .Whistler had told you to come and help me fight the evil in Sunnydale,California.Which is where a supernatural portal was located it was a gate to hell.It was closed but, it opens like every two years or so.We fall in love.You give me a Claddagh ring and put it with the heart facing me.And we stay together against all odds.
Angelus:Why are you telling me all this?
Buffy:Because, if I tell you to stay away from Darla alot of lives will be saved, you will get to live a mortal life, and I care about you enough to do this for you.To spare you the guilt, anger, and frustration.And give you a normal life the one you can't give me in the future.
Angelus:Nobody has ever cared, the way you obviously do, about me.
Buffy:Yes,I do care about you and love you.
Angelus:I can see it in your eyes, you mean everything you say.
Buffy:I would never lie to you, Angel..us, ever.
Angelus:If I never tell you this in the future, you're amazing.
Buffy:Thank you,for listening and caring.
Angelus:You're very welcome, Buffy.We'd better get going.It's getting dark.And dinner's probably ready.

Angelus' Mom:Why it was no trouble.
Angelus:Thank you, Mamai.Everything was delicious.
Angelus' Mom:Thank you, Angelus.
Buffy:Do you need any help cleaning up?
Angelus' Mom:Oh no, dear.It would not be fitting for a guest to such things.
Buffy:All right.
Angelus:(grinning slightly)She likes you.
Buffy:Huh?
Angelus:My mamai, she likes you.She doesn't really like the girls from here.All of them are a little.....
Buffy:Dumb?
Angelus:Well, yes.
Buffy:Well, I like her too.She is a very nice woman.
Angelus:So are you.
Buffy:Thank you.
Angelus:Do you have anywhere to go for the night?
Buffy:No.I woke up in a field in the 1700's.I don't think I have anywhere I should be.
Angelus:I'm sorry.
Buffy:Do you apologize for everything?
Angelus:Not everything.
Buffy:Do you like to sit in your room and think about all the wrong thins you did?
Angelus:Not all of the time.Maybe, every once in a long while.
Buffy:(laughs a little)
Angelus:What?
Buffy:Let's just say you didn't change much in the past 200 years.You love the color black.You are always feeling guilty about all the bad things you did.
Angelus:(Little laugh)Well, sometimes change isn't always for the better.
Buffy:I wonder how my being here will affect my time?
Angelus:I don't know.Maybe we meet again.
Buffy:I hope so.I don't really know how I could live if you were gone.
Angelus' Mom:Does anyone want some of my blackberry jam and toast?
Buffy:I would like a little.
Angelus:Me too.
Angelus' Mom:I'll be right back.
Buffy:O.k.
Cara:Angelus,will you put me to bed?
Angelus:Yes.I will be in there as soon as I show our guest to her room.
Cara:(hidding behind Angelus' legs)
Angelus:Aren't you going to say hello?
Cara:Hello, Miss Buffy
Buffy:Hello.What is your name?
Cara:My name is Cara.
Buffy:It was nice to meet you, Cara.
Cara runs into her bedroom.
Buffy:She's adorable.
Angelus:Yeah,She can be a little hard to handle sometimes.
Buffy:She almost reminds me of me when I was her age.
Angelus' Mom:Here you go, blackbery jam on toast.
Buffy:It's delicious!
Angelus' Mom:Well,Thank you very much, dear.
they finish up th jam on toast
Angelus:So I guess we'd better get you settled in for the night.
Buffy:It is really nice of you to let me stay here.
Angelus:It's no trouble.
Buffy:Well, Thank you.
They stand in awkward silence for a moment
Angelus:There is an extra dress and nightgown in the closet.They used to be my mamai's.And the bed is ready.
Buffy and Angelus stare at eachother for a moment then slowly move towards eachother meeting in a light kiss.they seperate and look into each others eyes then, cara enters
Cara:Angelus, please come put me to bed.
Angelus and Buffy are broken from the trance that held them
Angelus:I'm coming, Cara.
Buffy:You'd better go.
Angelus:If you go back to your time during the night, I want to tell you that you are truly the most amazing woman that I've ever met.
Buffy:You are the most amazing man I've ever met.
Angelus and Buffy go to put Cara to bed.
Cara:Are you and Miss Buffy getting married?
Angelus:Cara!
Cara:Are you?
Angelus:No, we're not getting married.
Cara:O.k.
Angelus and Buffy leave the room as Cara drifts off to sleep
Angelus:I'm so sorry about that.I'm sure she didn't mean anything...
Buffy:No more "I'm sorry" stuff .O.k.?
Angelus:O.k.
Buffy:Good.I'm really tired.Thank you for your company.
Angelus stops her
Angelus:Wait.Could I perhaps get a goodnight kiss from you?
Buffy:Well, since you asked nicely.
Buffy and Angelus shared another light kiss
Buffy:Goodnight Angelus.
Angelus:Goodnight ,creena.
Buffy:What does that mean?
Angelus:Creena means my heart.
Buffy:How sweet of you.Thank you, you are my creena too.

It's morning.A bright light appears and then dissapears.Buffy is on the library floor, unconsious.Giles walks in and sees Buffy and rushes over to her.
Giles:Buffy?!Are you o.k.?Buffy?
Buffy starts to slowly wake up
Buffy:Hmmm....
Giles:Buffy?Can you hear me?
Buffy:Giles?What?Huh?
Giles:Buffy are you o.k.?
Buffy:I'm fine.Wait, How did you get to Ireland?
Giles:Buffy?What are you talking about?
Buffy realises where she is
Buffy:I'm back!
Giles:Buffy, What happened to you?
Buffy:Whoa!
Giles:Buffy, tell me what happened.
Buffy:I was just about to leave.When I got to middle of the floor I saw a really bright burst of white light.Then I woke up in a field..In the year 1750!Angelus was there.He took me to his house, where I ate dinner, and was supposed to stay but ya know, here I am. I got to meet some of his family.His mom was really nice.His sister is adorable.The funny thing is he hasn't changed much in the past 200 years!
Giles:What?Buffy,how is this possible?
Buffy:I don't know.One minute I was reading the watcher diaries and the next I was in Ireland.
Giles:Well, maybe it was an energy burst from the hellmouth.....
as Giles rambles on the slayerettes plus Angel walk in
Buffy:Angel!!What are you doing trying to fry yourself?!?!?You're not frying.What's going on?
Angel:Buffy, are you o.k.?
Buffy:I need to sit down.
Angel guides buffy to the nearest chair
Buffy:O.k. am I in an alternate reality?I'm not in bizzaro world right?
Xander:Buff,what's the with?Are you sick or something?
Buffy:I'm fine.Uh,would somebody tell me what's happened since I've been gone?
Angel:Gone?Buffy, what happened?
Giles:Buffy said she saw you in a past life.
Buffy:Past life?What?In my world Angel was a 200 year old vampire with a soul.I didn't visit his past life.I visited his past.
Giles:Well, did you do anything to change history?
Buffy:Well, I, um....Oops.
Giles:Buffy, what did you do?
Buffy:I told him about who his sire would be and to stay away from her.
Giles:That explains it.I'm sure the Angelus then listened to you for some reason.
Xander:Could somebody clue us in?
Buffy:I was transported to the past, *accidentally* changed history which in turn changed *this* time, and then came back.
Willow:How did you get into the past?
Buffy:We were just talking about that.Giles....Care to enlighten us?
Giles:I'll just go look in a couple of texts.You all can stay and talk if you wish.
Giles dissappears into the stacks.
Angel:You visited me 200 years ago?
Buffy:Yeah.I don't really know why.
Willow:Maybe you were sent to change the past for the 'Powers That Be'.Maybe they need Angel for a higher purpose.
Angel:I don't know.Maybe.But, maybe they were trying to prevent something terrible from happening.
Xander:Enough with the maybe's.I wanna kick demon Ass!
Buffy:We will later.It's still daylight.Right now I want to talk to Angel.Ask a few questions.Get a few answers.
