passed away: April 3rd, 1997

This was a man who had a gentle heart, filled with
love for his wife and children, He taught his children
much, he showered them with his love and with his teachings,
He loved his wife deeply, he will be missed by all who knew him.
May 12th, 1978 to August 4th, 1998
His family and friends knew him as a sweet fun loving young man, he was a wonderful and loving son to his
Mom Betty and a great brother to his sister Jennifer, he was their protector, he was their friend as well as
son and brother, he extended this kind of love and caring to others, His Mom's friend whose name is Mishy
he thought of as a second Mother, her memory is of him never out growing the hug around the neck and the kiss on the cheek
and he treated her daughter Nicki as another sister, Nicki always said that she didn't
need any other sisters or brothers because she already had them in John and his sister Jen... this kind and
loving young man will be missed by many , but most by those who loved him so dearly.
This gracious "Lady" lived a full and wonderful life, she was 93 when she took her walk with the Lord, in those years she brought joy to her children, family and friends, but most of all she had a very special relationship with her husband, they had a special whistle that was meant for them alone and her daughter Avis tells me on the day she passed away she is sure her Mum as she calls her heard her husband whistling for her and it is what she had been waiting for. Esther and James were married on May 11th,1928 and both believed in the til death do you part, but I also believe that in death you are reunited and I truly believe this of these to exceptional people. Though I do not have a picture of him I would also like to tell you a little about her husband:

December 6th, 1905 - January 1st, 1983
An Accountant and Real Estate Agent, hard working, clever, Loving husband and father, he was loved and cherished by his wife, children, family and friends, Esther missed him so much that she could hardly wait for the day he would come and take her hand and bring her to join him, now they are together again and this time for eternity.
Don't cry for me my darlings, for now that my time has come, I am happy to be here I am now home, you all know this is where I belong, your Dad and I are together again and you do so know how very much I had missed him, When God called to bring me here I could hardly wait knowing my time was near and some day you will join me too, I shall be here waiting when your time is through, but remember until that times comes I shall be watching over you my dear ones.
