These sites must not only meet the General Requirements, but MUST have something that sets them apart. The web-masters of these sites should pay strict attention to detail. Ease of navigation is a MUST. Spelling and grammar are counted for this award as well. Midis should be high quality and all links should work. The design should be creative and the content will be a big factor in winning this award. Animation should be used in good taste. The layout of these sites should fit their subject matter. Graphics should be high quality and deductions will be made for broken images. These sites should have information pages, art, webrings, links and provide their visitors with a large selection of things to see. |

| This is the lesser of the awards we offer. It is NOT however anything to sneeze at. Although these sites do not meet the criteria of the higher awards, they show a lot of hard work. An effort to produce the best. These are sites that have a GREAT start but perhaps need some work. Spending a hundred hours on your site will NOT win you this award, but, spending a hundred hours on your site and ending up with the beginnings of a really good site WILL. These sites should have at least one outstanding quality that sets them above the norm. Design, information, graphics, creativity, content or just something that makes them special and sets them aside from the average website. |
