Walk-Through

Ok...This is brief walk-through but it includes all the objectives included in the

first area in the game..."Kokiri Forest".

1. The first thing you need to do is go talk to Saria. Saria is Links best friend. To find Saria al you need to do is exit your house and head to west...there you will find Saria. Your friendship with her will prove very valuable over the years.

2. The second thing you need to do is to collect the Heart Piece on top of the Kokiri Shop's roof. The shop is located to the northwest of Saria. You need to climb the vines on the ledge of Mido's backyard, from there you need to walk to the edge of the cliff that overlooks the shop. Then you need to leap from the cliff to the roof of the shop and collect the Heart Piece.

3. Now you need to go and buy the Deku Shield. The shield costs 40 rupees. You buy the shield in the Kokiri Shop(inside the building that you were just on the roof of). That is the only way to get the Kokiri Shield.

4. Now you need to get the Kokiri Sword. DO NOT BUY THE SWORD. You can get it for free! Goto the Training Center which is Southeast of the Kokiri Shop and South of Link's House. Crawl through the Training Center hole, dodge the boulder, and finally to get the Kokiri Sword open the chest.

That is what you need to do when you first start out. Sorry for the brief walk-through but that is all I can tell you untill I actually play the game.
