have you ever felt that you are caught in an endless rut and feel that you might never get out? the light pours down from above, but the sides are steep and smooth with no footholds to give you hope?

and the really frustrating thing is that you are regularly lifted out of your furrowed bit of earth and allowed to live, allowed to fly and relax and just "be"....then circumstance, life, whatever you want to call it, comes rumbling back along like a bowling ball along an alley and sends you sprawling back into the gutter to wait until you get picked out again.

Grrrrrrrr at the bowling balls and ruts of life, 4 more sleeps til i get lifted out again
