A loooooooooooooooong entry
Mood:
chillin'
Now Playing: The 'Reservoir Dogs' soundtrack
Well, here I sit: listening to my sister's Reservoir Dogs CD and chilling. I don't have much 'chill' time these days. It's nearing assessment time for Actors Con., and I just started a new job, as I'm sure I've mentioned previously. I'm doggedly working on my Quotes pages, but no matter what I do, they never seem to be complete, and I have so little time these days... *sigh*... I just finished reading all the Harry Potter books. Can't wait until the next installment! I have to say, I liked Prisoner of Azkaban the best, out of all five books. I must actually go onto J. K. Rowling's site again and check it for updates. Anyway, I've gotta go do some more rehearsals - my assessment is next week - YIKES! - Rhiannon

An Utterly Useless Entry
Mood:
rushed
I have just been visiting my No 1 source for Viggo Mortensen - Obsession . He is such a talented man, that Viggo. An artist in every sense of the word. Meanwhile, I'm updating my Quotes pages. I have decided that they are entirely too ineffecient, and anyway, I did promise way back when that I would reorganize them. Well, soon there will be more quotes. The Movie Quotes will be sorted into both Subject and Movie Title, whilst the other quotes will be sorted under both Subject and Author. It's going to take me a while, though. Its my next big project. I probably won't be making too many immediate updates at the moment though, as I have just started a new job, and furthermore, I've decided to take up painting again. Ciao !

I'm Back!
My poor dear computer has been very ill. It went to the hospital and they said all they could do was make it comfortable until its impending doom came finally to pass. It's my dramatic way of saying that my computer is, for now, stable; but on its way to the junk heap nonetheless. In the interim, I am writing a book on behalf of my fellow female species, which discusses and hopefully answers some of our questions regarding the mysteries of the male species. Of course, not all of them will be asked and answered (there's got to be some mystery to make life interesting), but I would really love some suggestions for questions from all you girls out there. To respond, post a comment to this entry. I look forward to hearing your feedback. - Rhiannon

Surprise !!!
I know I said that they wouldn't be ready for another month at least, but both my Chapel of the Realm and About Me pages are uploaded. Didn't take as long as I thought, and it wasn't nearly as complicating as I had first imagined it to be (probably because uploading the rest of the site was such an ordeal). Meanwhile, I saw The Stepford Wives and it was absolutely hilarious ! I loved it ! Nicole Kidman was brilliant, it was probably one of her greatest roles yet ! Bette Midler, Glenn Close, Matthew Broderick, Roger Bart and Christopher Walken also played absolutely fantastic parts. Do yourself a favour if you haven't already and go and see this film. If nothing else, it'll get you thinking. Anyway, I have so much Net surfing to do and so little time to do it in (I am quite tired), so ta-ta for now.
Updates...
Well, I finally uploaded the new layout for my FFX site. I uploaded everything and discovered that the Equipment and Locations pages were out of whack, so for now, those pages are under construction. The rest are free for your perusal here . Still not the best FFX site in the world, but a darn sight better than what it used to be, I'm sure you'll agree. In other news, my Chapel of the Realm portion is complete, but I've been working on my Final Fantasy X site all day, and I'm really not in the mood to do any more today. Expect it in the next month... Also, I have finished an About Me section - again, I won't be delivering that today. I don't know when that will be ready for you to read (sighs)... I'm so tired. Anyway, I'm off, I'm going to see The Stepford Wives tonight. I've been hanging out to see it for months, so I can't wait ! Ciao !

HP Update...
I just read an article on J.K.R.'s official site... She has confirmed... Neither Harry nor Voldemort is the Half-Blood Prince. Not really surprising to some, but just to clear that one up for others, I thought I should share it. Just some random facts from J.K.R.'s site... (I don't know whether these will be of any significance, but...) You can find more on J.K.R.'s site (see the above link). Mr. Arthur Weasley is one of three brothers.
Ginevra "Ginny" Weasley is the first girl to be born into the Weasley family for several generations.I'm having a rough (but exciting time)trying to skulk about this official J.K.R. site, looking for clues to sate my curiosity about the sixth book. Until then...

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
I am a big Harry Potter fan; and it's hard not to be with a sister like mine who is a gigantic Harry Potter fanatic - a sister who wishes desperately that there really was a Hogwarts; wonders what house she'd be in if there was a Hogwarts; and who spends a lot of our conversations telling me I'm just like Hermione Granger. Like other Harry Potter fans I can't wait for J.K. Rowling's next installment in the series - the sixth book, now revealed to be titled Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Rowling is set to write seven books, and so the thrill and anticipation surrounding the development of the plot has swept across Harry Potter fans worldwide as the end to the phenomenal series draws near. So many websites have been filled with conspiracies surrounding future plot developments in the last two books (a personal favourite of mine is MuggleNet, and of course, J.K. Rowling's Official Site ). My sister, her friend and I gathered around the computer the other night and concocted all manner of conspiracies and possibilities involving the coming events in HP. Like all HP fans, we crave and thirst for even the tiniest clues to cure a minute morsel of our growing curiosity. A recent online chat with J.K. Rowling helped MuggleNet to at least shape an idea of the possibilities of things to come. The full answers to some pretty intriguing questions (as asked by fellow HP fans) can be found here. These are some of my personal favorite clues, as suggested by J.K. Rowling in response to her fans' questions. When asked about whether Sirius Black would appear, and in what form, J.K.R. refused to respond directly, for fear of "incriminating" herself.
There will, reportedly, be a little romance in store for Harry, but clearly, there will not be a reunion for he and Cho Chang. According to Rowling, "They were never going to be happy, it was better that it ended early !"(Good, if you ask me. Sorry to all those who disagree, but I never really liked Cho Chang.) We will find out a lot more about Snape, including the reason behind Dumbledore's infinite trust in him. Oh, and just F.Y.I... Snape is not a vampire. Pity. Would have been interesting.Rowling revealed that Professor Remus Lupin is not a full-blood wizard, but a half-blood. Could he be the half-blood prince ???
Rowling refused to comment on whether Harry's eyes (so like his mother's), will become very important to the story.
When asked if Rowling was going to write more books after Harry leaves Hogwarts, she wrote (and I quote): "Probably not, but I'll never say never because every time I do I immediately break the vow!" This indicates that maybe Harry won't die in the seventh book; as many have suggested.
There will be some development in the Hermione-Ron department (I hope!!!) Rowling suggested some tension in Ron when asked about Hermione and Viktor Krum being a couple. (I hope, I hope, I hope they get together !!!)
Harry's scar will, (not very surprisingly) play an important role in the upcoming books.
Harry is not going to spend a lot of time with the Dursleys in the upcoming book.
Snape's Boggart and Patronus will be very important.
We will find out what Dudley saw when he faced the Dementors in Book 5.
Rowling answered, "People are always wondering who Harry is related to... maybe he is", when asked if Harry was related to Godric Griffindor.
We will find out more about Hagrid's half-brother in Book 6. (Myself, I'm wondering whether the title 'The Half Blood Prince' is related in any way to Hagrid). I think maybe cockroaches could possibly be aliens. They can survive a nuclear holocaust. Think about it.

Links, links and links !
Finally, I got my Links page up and running ! Took me a while, but I made it at long last. It's a list of all the sites I frequent on a regular basis. I recently saw Troy and remembered just how much I adore Brad Pitt, so I've been going to the Brad Pitt site a lot lately. That's all from me at this stage. - Rhiannon
