Do you like to sing in the shower ?

Sometimes I’ll find myself singing a little ditty for no reason – sometimes I’m in the shower, sometimes I’m not.  If I get a song stuck in my head, generally speaking, I’ll sing it.

Do you like to sing in the toilet ?

Ahh… That’s the one exception to the above rule.  It’s a little too odd to sing in the toilet, in my humble opinion.  No offence to those who do, but that sorta thing just creeps me out.

Where do you live ?

Planet Earth.

Righty or lefty ?

I’m left-handed.

What do you want out of a relationship ?

I want to be with someone who cares about me and loves me for who I am, someone I can have a lot of fun with and be myself with, someone who respects me… and of course someone who makes me laugh, someone who makes me feel safe and all warm when I’m in their arms.

Have you ever cheated on someone ?

NO WAY !!! I would never do that.  Never, ever, ever, ever !

Marital status

Long term relationship

Do you have a car

Yeah, I have a 1962 Ferrari 250 GT California convertible.  It’s red, it’s sexy and it’s mine, mine, all mine, woohoo !!! Just kidding… I wish… But I have two cars – an 80s model Corolla (that my boyfriend bought me for Christmas !!! I’m so lucky !!!) and a totally gorgeous Kingswood Panel Van that I plan to restore.

Favourite movies

Why did you ask me that ?  I have too many !  Okay, here are some of them… The Lord of the Rings trilogy; the Harry Potter movies; Pulp Fiction; Reservoir Dogs; Kill Bill; Forrest Gump; Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are Dead; the Bill & Ted movies; Troy; Merlin; Meet Joe Black; Gone With the Wind; Who Framed Roger Rabbit; The Mexican; Benny & Joon; Sleepy Hollow; Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl; Peter Pan (the 2003 version); The Little Mermaid; Mary Poppins; Aladdin; Four Rooms; The Lion King movies; Lilo & Stitch; Dumbo; Finding Nemo; Cars; Bambi; Kingdom of Heaven; Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs; The Emperor’s New Groove; The Rocky Horror Picture Show; the Shrek movies; Can’t Hardly Wait; Monty Python & the Holy Grail; The Life of Brian; the Young Guns movies; The Three Musketeers; Ned Kelly; Great Expectations; Practical Magic; 28 Days; Monsters Inc; How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days; The Majestic; Almost Famous; The Passion of the Christ (though I don’t think I’d be able to watch it again, it was too emotional); The Royal Tenenbaums; O Brother Where Art Thou; Armageddon; That Thing You Do; Phar Lap; Dark City; the Charlie’s Angels movies; While You Were Sleeping; Planet of the Apes (the Tim Burton one, not that Charlton Heston nonsense); Big Fish; Edward Scissorhands; Much Ado About Nothing; The Nightmare Before Christmas; Ferris Bueller’s Day Off; Dogma; The Breakfast Club; The Corpse Bride; Date Movie; What’s Eating Gilbert Grape… and heaps more, that was just a select few off the top of my head.  (In case you haven’t already got it figured out, I’m a movie buff).

Favourite songs

God Gave Rock & Roll to YaKISS; Forever Young – Youth Group; Hotel California – The Eagles; All for Love; Scotty Doesn’t KnowLustra (such a naughty song, but so catchy !); Mind’s EyeWolfmother.  I also love everything on the Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction soundtracks.

Favourite colour

Pink (like anybody could tell !)

Do you want to get married ?

Not right at this very instant, but yes I would one day, absolutely !

Do you prefer summer or winter ?

They both have their good and bad points, but I’d have to say winter because at least you can rug up and keep warm, whereas in summer, staying cool is a constant effort.

You know I’m around when you hear…

… a completely useless fact that is of no benefit to anyone.

What school do you go to ?

Oh, I’ve finished school.  I’m doing a psychology course via correspondence.

Do you take drugs ?

No WAY !!!!!!

What’s a major turn on

A beautiful, genuine smile (which my boyfriend has ! :P)

Who do you trust and are most open with ?

Probably my sister.  She is my rock.  And I can talk to my boyfriend about anything.  I am a very guarded person and I don’t trust people easily, but I trust those two people in my life very much.

What do you think of soul mates ?

I believe in them.  I’m a bit of a hopeless romantic like that.

Is it right to flirt if you have a boyfriend / girlfriend ?

Definitely not !

What is an object you can’t live without ?

My PlayStation 2 and my laptop.

Where do you want to go on your honeymoon ?

I don’t know yet.  Hawaii would be nice.

What makes you happy ?

Being with people I care about, and / or doing something I love doing, obviously.

Do you wear glasses or contacts ?

I lost my old pair of glasses three or four years ago but I’m getting some cute new ones soon !

What’s the best advice given to you ?

Nobody’s given me the best advice I’ve ever gotten yet.

Have you ever won any special awards ?

Yes, I won a poetry competition in primary school when I was five; and another when I was in grade 10.

What are your future goals ?

To be happy and achieving my dreams.

Which do you prefer – funny or scary movies ?

Funny movies… I don’t like scary movies at all !

Which do you prefer – talking on the phone or talking in person ?

Definitely talking in person.  I don’t really like talking on the phone all that much.  To me it’s a tool of convenience rather than conversation.  Having said that, my boyfriend and I talk on the phone for ages when we don’t get to see each other that day.

What song seems to reflect you the most ?

Rhiannon by Fleetwood Mac, because that’s my name.  Yes, I know.  Very original and creative choice.

Last time you talked to the guy you like ?

Well, the guy I like is actually the guy I love – my boyfriend – and we’re talking on MSN right now !

Do you have any pets ?

Yup – three cats named Salem, Fudge and Chrysta and a dog called Stitch.

Last time you were depressed

I just found out that Johnny Depp, Keira Knightley and Orlando Bloom wouldn’t be providing the voices for their Pirates of the Caribbean characters in the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 2 game.  Sniff!  It just won’t be the same !

Are you an alcoholic ?

No, I don’t drink at all.  Seriously !

What’s your shoe size ?

I can never tell that, but I think I’m a size seven.

What is your ideal job?

I have always wanted to be an actress.

What is your favourite drink ?

A nice cup of tea.

What’s your favourite place in the world ?

Mooloolaba on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast is just gorgeous !

What’s your favourite season ?

I don’t know, I like all the seasons… I like autumn because of the colours of nature (if you’re ever going to visit Canberra, visit it in the autumn, because it’s absolutely spectacular).  I like winter because I can snuggle up and veg out; spring because it’s not too hot and not too cold; and summer because I can go swimming.  But of all of them, I have to say spring.

What’s your favourite word ?

I go through phases where I develop favourite words and use them constantly until I find a new one to take the old word’s place.  When I was a little girl it was ‘Stuttgart’.  A few years ago it was ‘discrepancy’.  More recently it was ‘Shenanigans’.  No idea what it is now, but I’ll get back to you.

Favourite type of music

Since I was very young I’ve always had a taste for a wide range of music genres.  But I love rock music.  There is nothing more wonderful than listening to rock music with a good bass turned up loud.  Anybody who loves rock music like I do will know exactly what I mean.

Have you ever broken the law ?

Not that I know of.  I’m a good girl !

Have you ever been in a fist fight ?

A few brief little spats with my sister when we were younger and less mature, nothing serious.  She broke my nose with a Barbie doll and made it permanently crooked, I hit her repeatedly on the back with a McHappy Meal Snoopy figurine.  Nowadays, we’re the best of friends.

Where were you born ?

Canberra.

Do you believe in God ?

Yes, I am a Christian.  If you want to know a really good site, visit Christian Answers.  It’s a great place to go if you need some guidance.  But for the real answers, nothing beats the Bible.

Do you believe in aliens ?

I don’t think it’s fair to assume that out of all the planets in all the galaxies in all the universe, we are the only planet that supports life.  I mean, they’ve proven that maybe – just maybe – there aren’t any species of life in this solar system, but our solar system is a tiny, tiny blip in the universe.  So, in answer to this question, I do believe – to a certain extent – that God has created alien life somewhere out there, but I honestly don’t think it would bother itself with us.

What do you most like about your body ?

I like my eyes.

Do you remember when Nickelodeon was good ?

I only had Nickelodeon for a short while when I was 11 years old, but my grandparents have Foxtel, and watching Nickelodeon nowadays, I was really disappointed – it’s just not the same !  I used to love watching their game shows, and Clarissa Explains It All, The Adventures of Pete & Pete and all those really wacky shows; and I used to sit up with my family on Saturdays and watch Nick at Night.  I also didn’t mind the cartoons – Garfield, Rocko’s Modern Life and Rugrats used to be good too.  Now it’s all just dodgy.  Bring back the old Nickelodeon !

What’s your favourite animal ?

I love horses, dogs, cats, whales, dolphins, sharks and polar bears.  Oh, and koalas !

What’s your favourite play ?

My school did a production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and that was the most incredibly funny, amazing rendition of Shakespeare’s play that I have ever seen.  It was better than the movie.  I really love all of Shakespeare’s works; The Crucible by Arthur Miller; Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead; and I also really like a short one-act play called Rinse the Blood off My Toga which is a parody of the play Julius Caesar.

What’s your favourite book ?

I have a lot of those, because I have a passionate love for the written word.  My favourites are: Gone With the Wind – Margaret Mitchell; The Bridges of Madison County – Robert Waller; The Glass House and The Dark Dream – Lilly Sommers; the Lord of the Rings trilogy – J. R. R. Tolkien; the Harry Potter books by J. K. Rowling; The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams; and Janet Evanovich’s Stephanie Plum series.  Oh, and most important book of all – the Bible !

What is the funniest thing you have ever seeen ?

Oh, I have seen a great many funny things in my life but they’re long winded things that need explaining, however, I will tell you that a lot of those situations involve my father.  For example, just the other day, he fell into the pool fully clothed wearing a ridiculous sombrero hat.

Do you like your life ?

I do indeed.  I am a very lucky woman and God has blessed me abundantly.  He has given me a roof over my head, food in my cupboard, friends, family and a boyfriend who love me.

What is your most embarrassing moment ?

I’ve had I’ve had so many of those that it would be impractical (and shameful) to list them all here.  Choking on a pencil in front of a cute guy ranks very highly on my ‘crawl-into-a-hole’ scale.  The other one would be accidentally walking into the wrong hotel room and both frightening and angering the guests in that suite.

Did you like the Back to the Future series ?

Yeah, I loved them, but I didn’t like the third one as much as the others.

Do you speak another language besides English?

No.  I know a few German words (the last remnants of my study of the subject in years 9 & 10); and I would love to learn Spanish and Welsh – they’re such beautiful sounding languages.

How easy is it to make you laugh ?

Very easy.  I love laughing.  Laughing is one of my favourite things in the world to do.

Do you ever dance when nobody’s watching ?

Of course I do – that’s the best time !  I dance like a frog in a washing machine, so it’s probably best if nobody’s watching.

When eating, are you more concerned with the taste of the food, or its health factor ?

I used to be more concerned about taste, but my body grew so grossly unhealthy.  I’ve started to make myself  eat healthy food, and I’ve developed a taste for it.  I don’t like to eat a lot of junk food now, because I know how great my body can be if I feed it the right foods.  I like a little indulgence now and again though ;-) !

Mac or PC ?

PC of course !

Have people ever told you that you look like a celebrity, and if so, who do they say you look like ?

Wow, I’ve been told I look like so many celebrities, many of whom I can’t even begin to speculate how people came to such a conclusion.  The most way out one I’ve been compared to is Kate Winslet, and I am constantly getting told that I look like an older version of Emma Watson who plays Hermione in the Harry Potter movies.  I don’t share that opinion at all, but people are always telling me that I look like her.  My mother also thinks I bear a slight resemblance to Audrey Hepburn.  So there you go.  Take your pick.

Ever thought there were too many numbers floating around in our lives ?

Yes.  Absolutely.  Numbers are a nuisance.  If it weren’t for numbers, there wouldn’t be Maths, and if it weren’t for Maths, I probably could have avoided a whole lotta ulcers in my lifetime.

How good is your short term memory ?

Terrible.  Absolutely horrendous.  Whatever I have to remember: homework, assignments, phone numbers, messages, advice, poetry, etc, etc in the short term instantly flies out of my brain.  By contrast, my long term memory is brilliant.  I can remember things happening when I was little more than two years old.  Conversations, moments, days, they’re all there.

What is your earliest memory ?

My earliest memories include going to a Care Bears exhibit in the mall when I was very, very little; watching an entire fleet of hot air balloons in all shapes and sizes land in the paddock at the back of our yard; and going on a picnic with family and family friends to a beautiful playground near the lake.

Which movies make you cry ?

Well, it’s really embarrassing, but if I watch Titanic, I can’t help but cry.  I also cried the whole way through Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King.  And cried from start to finish in The Passion of the Christ.  Ned Kelly made me cry as well, and so did Big Fish.  Some others I can think of off the top of my head are: Young Guns II; Ever After and Meet Joe Black.  That Adam Sandler movie, Click made me cry, too.  And pretty much all the Disney movies made me cry, too.

Which books make you cry ?

The Bridges of Madison County had me absolutely bawling my eyes out.  Others that made me cry to a lesser extent were Gone With the Wind and The Glass House.

Which song makes you cry ?

Into the West by Annie Lennox – it’s the song from Lord of the Rings: Return of the King.  Just when I thought I was going to get a break from crying in that movie, the credits rolled and the song came on and I started up all over again.  The whole crying thing is horrible.  I must learn not to be so damned emotional !

Would you like to be cloned ?

No way !  I think cloning is a terrible idea !  It’s playing God.  It isn’t right.  I mean, I realize we’re an intelligent species and all, but sometimes I think we go too far.  I do believe in stem-cell research, though.

Scaramouche, scaramouche, will do the fandango ?

Sure, why not.

When was the last time you let the people you love know that you love them ?

I tell those people every opportunity I get. I make sure that they know I love them, that they never have any doubts. When someone in my family leaves the house, or I say goodbye to them on the telephone, or when I leave the house, or when they go to bed – whenever there’s a goodbye, there’s an I love you to go with it. Likewise, whenever someone does something nice for me, there’s an I love you to go with that as well; and whenever I do something for somebody I love, it’s to tell them that I love them. To me that is one of the most important things in life – telling somebody you love that you love them. Too many people don’t realize that.

What would you like to change your name to ?

Actually, I’m very happy with my name. I was fortunate to get a beautiful name and I love it. If my name was anything else and I had to change it, I would probably change it to Rhiannon.

What TV show describes your life ?

The Simpsons.

When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up ?

An actress.  That hasn’t changed.

What 3 CDs would you want if you were stuck on a deserted island ?

Hmm… My Pulp Fiction CD, my Reservoir Dogs CD and my Final Fantasy CD.  I’d also make sure there was a CD player on that island first.

Who is your role model?

Audrey Hepburn had such style and grace.  And there is a very special friend of mine who is very spiritual and has a great relationship with God and Jesus Christ, and I would love to be so close to God.

A genie offers you three wishes.  What are they ?

1.  For the happiness of the people I love.

2. World peace (you just gotta say world peace).

3. For a beautiful house on a beautiful farm.

Have you ever had a dream, and then that exact same thing happens in real life, i.e. déjà vu ?

Oh yeah, it’s happened to me quite a few times. The dreams are very rarely important – usually they are just meaningless scenes that replay themselves before me in waking life a few days later. But there has been a time when I’ve dreamed something that has come true… it was actually rather creepy.

Have you ever seriously wished upon a star ?

I used to, but not anymore.  I pray now, for strength and courage to achieve my dreams.

Would you ever get a tattoo ?  If so, where?

No I wouldn’t get a tattoo because I have a low pain threshold, but if I did get a tattoo, I’d get a redback spider on my foot in the exact same place that I was bitten by one a few years ago.

For you, what’s your biggest turn off in the opposite sex ?

Disrespect and being unappreciative, as well as a lack of a sense of humor and the inability to listen.

Who was your first boyfriend ?

His name was Mitchell and I’d known him since we were quite young.  The relationship only lasted a few days because I felt like it just didn’t work.

What are your hobbies?

Painting, reading, writing, drawing, watching movies, scrapbooking.

What’s your favourite sport to play ?

I don’t like playing sport. I’ve never been sporty. I’ve never been good at it, and I’ve never really enjoyed it. Having said that, I don’t mind horse riding, and I don’t mind swimming, but I don’t do either of those competitively.

What’s your favourite sport to watch ?

Horse racing and rugby league… Sometimes I’ll watch a bit of the Olympics when it’s on, if I’m in the mood.

What’s your favourite holiday ?

Christmas !  It spreads love and joy through the world !

Who is your favourite cartoon character ?

Well, apart from the Disney ones I mentioned above, my favourites are Betty Boop, Roger & Jessica Rabbit, Bugs Bunny, Marvin the Martian, the Animaniacs and Johnny Bravo.  Oh, and Stewie Griffin from Family Guy.

Favourite video games

Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy VIII, Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2.

Favourite board game

Cluedo (and, I know it sounds childish, but I have to be Miss Scarlett or I won’t play !)

Favourite breakfast food

Crumpets !

What’s your favourite nail polish colour ?

Well I don’t usually wear nail polish because my nails are a real mess, but I have a nail polish by Avon that is a really lovely type of candy pink, called Casablanca.

What’s your favourite pick up line ?

Hehehe, there are a couple that just crack me up.  They probably wouldn’t work on me, but they make me laugh anyway.  There’s is that a ladder in your stocking or a stairway to Heaven ? and my personal favourite Hi, I’m Mr. Right, I heard you were looking for me ?

What’s your favourite quote ?

I have quite a few of those.  See my Quotes page for details.

How long does it take you to go out ?

It takes a bare minimum of twenty minutes.

If you could be an animal for one day, what would you be ?

A killer whale.  They’re at the top of the aquatic food chain, and they get to muck about in the water all day.

Do you talk to yourself?

Not regularly.

What are you thankful for ?

I’m thankful to God and Jesus Christ, and for all of their blessings.  I’m thankful for my friends and family and for their love.  I’m thankful for having such a beautiful, caring boyfriend who is also my best friend.  I’m thankful for life itself, and my general good health; and I’m thankful to be living in a country free of war and famine and plagues of illness *touch wood*.  There are so many things to be thankful for.

Do you believe in fate?

To an extent, but I don’t rely on it.  I believe that God has everything planned according to His Will, but I think he expects us to help make it happen sometimes.

Do you get along with your parents ?

Yeah I do, 95% of the time.  Sometimes we don’t see eye-to-eye, but you know… it happens.

What have you learned about love ?

To quote the Bible, I Corinthians 13:4-8:

‘Love is patient and kind; love is not jealous or boastful; it is not arrogant or rude.  Love does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrong, but rejoices in the right.  Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.  Love never ends; as for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease, as for knowledge, it will pass away.’

I have certainly found this to be true in my experience with love.

If you were swimming at the beach, and you saw a tidal wave coming, what would you do ?

Hold my breath and swim for my life, even though I realize that that probably wouldn’t do me very much good.

Would you rather have a McDonalds or a Subway outlet in your house ?

Subway, because it tastes nicer and is probably a lot better for me.

If you saw a celebrity walking down the street, what would be your first reaction ?

You know what, I’d probably be too scared to say anything.  In fact, I’d probably be in such disbelief that it was them that I’d just stare at them, wondering if it is them, until they were gone and it was too late to say anything.

If you could invite any celebrities you liked to a dinner party, who would you invite ?

Robin Williams, Billy Connolly, Johnny Depp, Viggo Mortensen, Mel Gibson, Quentin Tarantino, Drew Barrymore and John Cleese.  Quite a jumbled mix there.  I wonder how they’d all get along…?

Are you confident when it comes to public speaking ?

It’s funny, when I’m acting and performing on stage in the role of someone else, I’m fine. But when it comes to public speaking, as myself, I’m an absolute mess ! You want to see a basket case, just take a look at me five minutes before I have to go and make a speech in front of everyone. Luckily once I’m up there I’m so determined to get it over and done with that I don’t mess around or stutter, so you can’t really tell as a rule.

What’s your favourite ice cream flavour ?

Cookie dough; Honeycomb; Tiramisu or Licorice.

If you could kiss anyone in the world, who would it be ?

Why, my boyfriend !  Seriously !

Favourite childhood cartoon ?

Care Bears of course.

What did you hate most about school ?

The question is: what didn’t I hate about school. I hated it. I hated it from the moment I walked in there, and after my first day of kindy I was sick of the sight of it.

What’s under your bed?

Boxes of crap (not literally).

What’s the weather like?

Cold.  It’s nighttime.

If you could be anybody in the world, who would you be ?

Me, coz nobody else can do the job quite like I can !

What makes you cry ?

A lot, really.  I’m a very emotional person.  I cry when I’m happy, I cry when I’m sad.

What makes you angry ?

Bullies and meanies.

When you get mad, do you swear a lot ?

I do.  I’m trying to hard to cut down but sometimes there just don’t seem to be other suitable words in the vernacular to express my frustration.

Do you have a Magic 8 ball ?

Yes I do, from when I was a kid.  I don’t use it anymore.  I always wanted to take one of those things apart and see what’s inside ?

Do you like little kids?

On a case-by-case basis.

Is it okay to swear ?

No, it’s very, very bad, kiddies. But I swear because I started years ago and now I can’t stop. It’s like a runaway train. So take it from me: if you don’t usually swear, don’t start now ! Get out while you’re young and innocent !

Do you keep up on current events ?

Yeah, I mean, I’m not a walking-talking newspaper, but I don’t live under a rock, either.

Is there too much violence on TV ?

Oh yeah, absolutely; but I think kids are impacted more by the violence and hatred in the world around them than the violence on TV. Art imitates life, after all.

Is it right to spank a kid if they’ve been really naughty ?

Of course it is. It’s not all right to flog the crap out of them, but a good slap on the butt when they’ve been bad never did anybody a bit of harm. I think one of the problems with teens today (I sound like an old fart!!!) is that they have too many rights and not enough responsibility. They’ve been brought up in an age where they aren’t disciplined enough and it’s working out worse for them in the long run because they don’t know their place in the world; they’ve got a problem with authority which makes them choke in a lot of areas in life, because they’ve never had to take discipline before.

What do you think about plastic surgery ?

I don’t believe in it, actually. All respect to those who do, that’s their business and their bodies and their choice, so power to them. But personally, I think that God saw fit to make me the way He made me; and if it’s good enough for God, it’s good enough for me. However, I think if you’ve been in an accident or similar and as a result something has happened to drastically mar your appearance and your lifestyle and your quality of life, reconstructive surgery is certainly okay.

What makes you like a commercial the most ?

How funny it is.  Generally speaking, I don’t like ads that don’t make me laugh, but there have been exceptions to the rule.

What usually keeps you up later than you should be ?

Surfing the Net, playing PS2, listening to music, talking to my boyfriend, or reading.

What was the saddest moment of your life to date ?

The two saddest moments have been when my dogs died.  The first was when I lost my dog Lady after owning her for thirteen years.  The second was when I lost Bundy, the little dog that my boyfriend and I had, in a tragic accident.  It was so sudden and unexpected.  I’m still going through the process of moving on.  It really was like losing one of the family.

Do you write in a journal or diary ?

I try, but I keep getting myself out of the habit.

Describe the funniest part in a movie you’ve seen

There’s this absolutely hysterical scene in Intolerable Cruelty (it’s toward the end though so I don’t want to give too much away), but it involves an assassin confusing a gun with an asthma inhaler, and it’s truly one of the most hilarious things I’ve ever seen. Another movie with a hilarious scene is Four Rooms (again, I won’t give too much away), in which a dead prostitute, a fire, a syringe, a bell hop and two kids are involved.

How often does your room get a good clean up ?

Not that often. I mean, I can go for a month without seeing the floor. Everything has to be out of my cupboard and on my bedroom floor before I’ll listen to my mum’s hysterical shouts to clean my room.

What’s the best book they made you read in school ?

The Bridges of Madison County.  A book has never made me cry so much.  I liked The Outsiders, too.

Favourite poem

Oh, those are like movies, I have a lot of those.  See my Poetry page, it will have a sample of my favourites.

Favourite musical

I really loved The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Favourite thing to do in summer

Go swimming.

If someone stapled your mouth shut, would you still try to talk ?

Yes.  In fact, I think I’d talk under water with a broken jaw and a mouthful of marbles.

Can you live without a microwave ?

Are you kidding ?  When my parents both worked until late at night and I had to make my own dinner, I’d probably have died of starvation without a microwave, because, you see, I can’t cook.  I’d have microwave burgers, microwave pizzas… ah, those were the days !

Do you like stickers ?

I love stickers !

Last movie you saw in the cinema

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest.  See my forum to read what I thought about it.

Is your hair straight, curly or wavy ?

All of the above.

Want to live in a castle ?

Of course I do !  One of those big old ones that are hundreds upon hundreds of years old and they’re tall and have towers and turrets and dungeons… Well the dungeons wouldn’t be so cool, but I bet I could change them into something less creepy… A garage to keep all my cars in, maybe.

Do you daydream a lot ?

Yes.  Some say too much.

What does your name mean ?

Go here for info.  ‘Rhiannon’ is an old Welsh name – it was the name of a goddess, and also the name of a princess in the Welsh folklore book, the Mabinogion.

Have you ever read a Shakespearean play ?

But of course !  I love Shakespeare’s works.  My faves are Hamlet, Romeo & Juliet, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Do you make up your own words sometimes ?

Sure.  Sometimes the current dictionary just doesn’t quite cut it, you know ?  My personal favourite is ‘Shibadi’, which means anything negative e.g. ‘No’, ‘Yuck’, ‘Damn’, etc.

How fast can you run ?

As fast as a stoned snail.

Do we all go a little mad sometimes ?

Are we ever sane ?

Have you ever built a snowman ?

Yes, and I’ve also built a snow duck. I made a snowman, but it was very, very little, and I thought, ‘It would look better as a duckling.’ So I spent ages making little webbed feet for it, and I even fashioned a little beak, and he looked just darling; when all of a sudden, some lady came up and sat on him, squishing him to a melting pulp. I suppose I shouldn’t have made my little snow duckie on a bench, but still… he was sitting right beside me, and anyway, couldn’t the lady have looked before she sat down ? I got very emotional about my poor little snow duckie being sat upon.

Does it snow where you live ?

Sadly no, because it’s too warm.  It’s a shame, because I love snow.

Do you watch talk shows ?

I watch Dr. Phil sometimes.  Dr. Phil is cool.

What colour do you see when you close your eyes ?

A swirling vortex of black, grey and electric blue.

What’s your favourite kind of muffin ?

Choc Chip muffins from Muffin Break.  Mmmm… chocolate…
