New: Young Artists Series “A Classical Potpourri”

The Watchung Arts Center is pleased to present a new offering:  A “Young Artists Series” highlighting the talent of our local youth, at the threshold of their professional career. 

We are proud to provide an opportunity for young artists to add to their experience by performing in the professional, fun environment of the Center. At the same time, we are happy to have the audience share in the tremendous talent our local young artists have to offer. Who knows whose super career starts right here!

The “Young Artists Series” is expected to run on one Thursday of each month, performance begins at 8pm. 

Tickets for Adults are $10 and for Students a very affordable $5.  Proceeds benefit our local talent and provide continuing support for the Watchung Arts Center.

By the way, young is somewhat loosely defined - and only applies to the performers! – as anyone up to about 25 years of age; none beyond 29! 

Call the WAC for more information on auditioning for our young artist series.  It's still in its forming stage and very open to additional ideas. Let's be young and show it!
