The 1999 Photography Information Expo
Sunday, February 28, 1999 - Watchung Arts Center - 1 to 4 PM

The purpose of this event is to introduce photographers to the New Jersey Photography Forum and to the Watchung Arts Center. The Forum’s mission is to share expertise and to advance member’s skills. We are taking this opportunity to showcase some of our talented artists with the following demonstrations.

Hand coloring, use of the 4x5 camera, print finishing and presentation, toning, spotting, Polaroid image and emulsion transfer processes and Ilfochrome(Cibachrome) printing techniques. There will also be digital artists showing their portfolios and answering questions.

There will be representatives from the following companies showing their products and answering technical questions.

Hasselblad USA; Ilford; Polaroid; FUJI Photo Film, USA; LUX Photo Lab; Harvey Stein; The Printmaking Council; The Art Council of Morris; Kodak; AFE Framing Outlet; and Luminos.

The event will be at the Watchung Arts Center located on the Watchung Circle with easy access from route 78, exit 40 or route 22, North Plainfield-Watchung exit and then following the signs to Watchung.
