Albert Wakefield

Albert Wakefield 1967Albert Wakefield was the youngest of 10 children born to James and Ann. He lived most of his life in Sawston and at 19 was a baker's jouneyman.

On Albert's marriage to Gertrude in 1907 he states his residence at the time as being Epping. It is not clear at present why he was living in Epping but his occupation is still listed as a baker.

Albert died in 1969 and is buried in Sawston cemetery.
