This is a program of 108 proposed anti-drug laws. Let me be clear. These are anti-drug idea's that need to become state law! For the first time, families would be able to take drug dealers and the criminal enterprise into civil court for damages. For the first time, restraint orders would be availabe to families to keep drug dealers away. The police and District Attorney would have a multitude of new laws at their disposal. We don't expect the drug enterprise member to obey some of these laws, but these are still legal tools for the police. For the first time, parents will have help through the course to control families addicted to drugs. Therefore, being on probation will take on a new dreadful meaning for drug pushers through a strict account log they will have to keep. For the first time, children and family support will be especially important in drug behavior. There are also many more proposed laws to fight and destroy the drug enterprise. The purpose of this entire program is to take away money, to garnish wages for judgements, to make the daily behavior of the drug dealer and buyer much more limited before a violation is committed and to make post conviction in and out of jail very unpleasant. In other words, Only a fool would deal or use drugs! To destroy or cripple the criminal enterprise, will help defend the family. Why should parents have to worry about children being introduced and acquiring drugs at school or on the way to the store? Why haven't parents been given civil tools like the ones in this pamphlet to protect their family? Unfortunately, for the drug dealers family, many of their families will have to go to jail under these proposed laws, if they are adoped by the legislature. However, some have to (bite the bullet) and suffer to end this attack upon the family, and children. The next generation will not become addicted to this awful drug castrophe which is destroying this society! I hope you find this pamphlet informative and that you contact your state legislative official asking to introduce this anti-drug program into law.
