Mood:  energetic
Now Playing: Justin Timberlake - That song he made for that hamburger place
Topic: On tour

Went into the city and did some shopping with my hung over, but yet smiling girlies. Even found a pair of shoes on sale with my portrait on them!

Not ready to go home though...

I had a great time, and I think most of the others did too. Good work J! Party at Js with her friends that I haven't met 8but heard of) before but they were all nice and friendly. Lots of WKD and then into Dubliner. Fun place! Half of the guys were really really weird and the other half wasn't bad at all...and I even got to see my friend M again. Then back home again and a late night snack.

Slept late this morning and then I've just been watching my poor friends clean the house while I sit here on the sofa and play with the computer.

Abroad
Mood:  lazy
Topic: On tour
Long day. Got up at..night. Managed to get my purse all wet and then we got on the boat :) Played some machines and even managed to win a couple of crowns...even though a damn kid stole my machine and wun like a trillion times in a row. The weather wasn't ideal for a trip like that but we kept ourselves entertained and looked in some shops we we got there, and then had lunch in a really nice, cute place. It looked like a pub and they had a great hamburger without any kind of actually burger, just a bun with veggies, but it was great...and a lot! Then we're supposed to buy some booze, but my head was spinning after that ONE glass of wine with lunch so I decided not to. Really scary. ONE glass. Weird.

Don't ask...just don't...
Mood:  don't ask

Didn't sleep much. But then after a phone call from my personal morning-pep coach I felt ok. I was sick of being nervous! My ride/road trip friend came and picked me up, and we sensed trouble as soon as we left town...but ignored it and went on our merry way. After a while, and three or so ambulances, we realised that something's probably wrong and turned on the traffic news on the radio. Nothing. Then a text from a friend in another part of the country. "Don't go that way. Big accident!" Too late. We were already there. Rang my dad and got directions for another route. Turned around. Still not worried (except for the people in the accident), we had plenty of time. Except that I decided to ALMOST go with the directions instead of completely, and an hour later we ended up in the exact same place. Stood in line, waiting for about 30 minutes before we started to get really impatient (that's a looong time for us!), called the plice who implied that we could be there for quite some while, and we decided to try the alternative route once more (following the directions completely). About an hour later or so we finally arrived there...and I was about 2,5 hours late for my appointment. The man I was supposed to see was busy, but at least still there, so we sat down and hopedfor the best. Luckily he still wanted to see me (I'd rang them and told them what happened). We talked for a while, and around 6 pm we finally headed in the homewards direction and had out lunch an hour later or so (Sorry hun!). I was just happy that I didn't have to go by public transportation as I'd planned to. Maybe I'd been on that bus if I did...

At least I've been there now...

Stand-up
Mood:  happy
Now Playing: Magnus
Topic: On tour

It's been a long evening. Or not really, but it feels like it. We've  (me & my cousin) done a lot of things. First, we went to the computer store for quite a while (who am I to complain, I do use it, and expect it to work). Then we went to the mall (his worst hours of the day) for an hour and a half. Went through what felt like a billion different stores, and didn't find anything I wanted to buy. Looked at some shoes at what's supposed to be a cheap store, found one pair I liked, 895 Sek. Not in my budget really. All the others weren't suitable for snow (...and ice. Sigh.) or they had really high heels...or really weird straps. Then tried to find a suitable fall/winter coat. But for some reason they're all made or wool this year, wool isn't really that comfortable if it accidentally gets in contact with your skin. I finally found some I liked at H&M, but they were over my budget, and when I've decided that it didn't matter, I couldn't find a size bigger than Small. And it was the same with all the cheap cute little sweaters that they had... My boobs are never going to be a size 0, and that's that!

Then, finally, when the mall closed, we headed for the big event of the evening. The stand-up. We got there quite early and wasn't sure if we were allowed in yet, but then we met a guy (no, not gay. This time) from our village. After a while we spotted a few more, people I haven't seen in years. But I thought it was fun just to be there, and see that young people (16-20) actually paid for a thing like this. Where I'm from kids just spend their money on booze and drugs...and their mopeds. ...and some were even dressed up, with ties and everything. I know, I know, my friend E is having a bad influence on me :)  Anyway, the show was great, even though it got a bit serious at times. I had a great evening (that ended with a burger), and for a short moment I even felt more motivated to back to the gym, and my old life. but luckily it'd passed before I came home.

I'm not going to complain, instead of a loong train ride with screaming kids, I got to ride in a car with a nice man(?). I even got to replace the apples, and join in the car games. I'm winning! Ha-ha!

Got off the train in the next town (almost), and was greeted by a smiling friend. We walked around, looked at the new stores and eating places that had opened since I was there last time. And I forced her to have a sandwich with me :) ...and now I have to leave AGAIN...after just an hour or so...
