People have asked me if I feel any older today, I actually do. It did take me a bit longer to get out of bed today, but then I turned on the telly and on Oprah they said that 40 was the new 20's, does that mean that the 20's is the new 40's???
Other than that I've had a good day so far, got a bunch of really sweet textmessages (and a phonecall) this morning. Even from people I didn't expect it from.

Just got my first birthday card, I thought I wouldn't like it (the whole birthday-thing I mean, not the card). I just wanted to forget all about it, but if tomorrow and the rest of the week is as it's been so far, I'll be ok with it. Thanks hun! :)

Still a bit "weird" in jaw from yesterday. The anaesthesia lasted all day, could barely eat, and if I tried to drink I just drooled. Pretty.

Went to the gym, as usual. I always tend to get a better work out when I'm stressed or upset, but I'm still not back to where I was before X-mas. Had coffee with my little cheesecake honey, and went on the quest for the hidden books...or something... Didn't find them. Still good to see my companion though, and I even got to see a glimpse of my much missed artist. I haven't seen her for some time now, good to see that she's doing well. Good.

I'm SO not ready for it to be Monday again. I've still made some decisions though. Decisions that I really don't want to make. I've realized that I have to cancel the one thing I've been really looking forward to. It's the mature, grown-up thig to do. Dammit... When did I sigh up for that??

Went and bought some stuff that I'm never going to use, and had dinner Mackie D's. I will use that cook book I got, I promise! Just not today ;)
Watched a DVD with a friend. The movie was good, but my DVD player definitely isn't *bad words*
