Mood:  d'oh

I REFUSE to look out the window right now. Last night I was able to ignore it, but now it's not dark any more. It has to be illegal to have snow before christmas, and definitely before Halloween. I haven't even had a chance to buy shoes for fall yet... Oprah had this show about how you should think about something and then it'd become true. I thought long and hard for a couple of hours, but the bloody snow was still there...

I finally just sighed and went out into the snow to go to my cousin's house. Which turned out to be a pleasant visit. His brother, my other cousin, was there so I spent most of the evening talking to him and his wife. And played with their kids. Tried to figure out what they want from santa, but I still have no idea. Then my aunt told us a story about me and my other cousin and how clever we were as kids. That made me think even more about how silly this non-talking thing is...but still...I'm not gonna apologize to him!
