- A security deposit of £200/$300 is required at the time of booking and will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of departure from the house, on confirmation that it has been left in a satisfactory
condition.
- The full cost must be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
- For late availability special offers, the full amount and security deposit is due at time of booking.
- Prices include utilities and linens.

- We are registered for Florida Sales Tax and all Resort Taxes and the above rates include these taxes. We hold, as required by State Law, a Hotel/Motel Licence and Polk County Occupational Licence.
This ensures that our house meets the required safety, security and hygiene standards. The house is inspected annually to ensure compliance.
