Spongebob is square, made of sponge, and wears pants.  His best friend is Patrick Star and his neighbor is Squidward Tentacles.  Gary is Spongebob's pet snail.  His favorite hobby is jelly fishing and hanging out with his best buddy Patrick.  He has a job at the Krusty Krab.  His looks up to his idols, Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy.  He has a black belt in under sea Karate and fights with Sandy Cheeks all the time.  He is the main character of this show.

Patrick is probably the laziest sea creature in the whole sea.  For his job he stays at home and watches TV and eats ice cream.  His best bud is Spongebob Square Pants.  He enjoys jelly fishing with Spongebob.  His IQ is lower than a piece of paper (but its still higher than Paku's).  He likes to do stupid stuff with Spongebob and makes Spongebob look stupid.

Current Residence:  In a face shaped vase in between patrick and          Spongebob and Patrick's house.

Squidward is an artist who gets annoyed 24/7 by Spongebob and Patrick.  His hobby is painting and playing the flute.  His best friend is his flute and he is probably the smartest sea creature of all.  Then again most of the characters on the show are dumb anyways.  He works at the Krusty Krab as the cashier.
