
1) Fine 304-grade stainless steel mesh used as cathode. No buildup of residue after several hours of running.
2) Low-grade solid stainless plate used as anode. Low-grade was used intentionally to see how bad it would corrode, but it turned out that very little did.
3) Stir stick only, and spare electrode if the necessity arose.
4) Paper clips--in case of boredom. :-)
