Colson Hub adapters -- Grainger.com -- $5 ea.
Things to note: Standard 1/8" keyway. You need 2 per wheel, they are solid steel so can get heavy for a 4 wheeled bot.
How they are used on the bot: As an adapter on the colson hub to the 1/2" drive shaft.

EV Warrior motors -- MECI.com -- $15 ea.
Things to note: EV's come in two different configurations. Clockwise and Counterclockwise, they ARE reversible, but their optimal working torque and RPM is in either CW or CCW whichever model it may be.
How they are used on the bot: Drive motors and weapon motor.

EV Warrior motors -- FordElectronics.com -- $15 ea.
Things to note: Because of the popularity of this motor, it is now harder to find both the CCW and CW models, so here is another source for the EV motor. They are used best at 24 Volts.
How they are used on the bot: Drive motors and weapon motor.

Base Mounted Pillow Block Bearings, 1/2" bore -- Grainger.com -- $4.10 ea.
Things to note: These are UHMV bearings so they must be broken in when first used.
How they are used on the bot: Mounting the drive shafts and the double stage reduction shafts.

Things to note: Come with 1/8" keyway, they are hardened steel.
How they are used on the bot: These sprocket are used on the EV warrior and also on the 1st stage of sprocket reduction.

Things to note: Come with 1/8" keyway, they are hardened steel.
How they are used on the bot: On the 2nd stage of drive reduction. These sprockets are attached to the wheel axle to complete the 6:1 reduction.

Things to note: PVmax is 50,000, they are light but I don't trust the aluminum mounts. We'll see how they stand in battle.
How they are used on the bot: Mounting the saw blade in front of the bot.

How they are used on the bot: To increase the shaft diameter of the EV from 5/16" (8mm) to 1/2". This is done so it can accomodate the 1/2" bore of the 10 tooth drive sprocket.

Things to note: When ordering this for a battlebot, be sure to order it with the ground frequency conversion. If you order it without the conversion, you will not be able to compete in a Battlebots competition.
