Experience and Qualifications:

1990 – Present: 

President and majority Owner of EHC, Inc. (formally Ericksen-Hunt Construction, Inc.) where responsible for full P/L operations of Company.  Duties include maintenance and tracking of Corporate plans and goals, design and implementation of Corporate policies and procedures, Corporate and Building Division marketing, estimate and corporate-wide contract approval.  Also, Corporate and Building Division personnel, scheduling and project management through Project Managers for Building Division projects ranging in size from $150k - $6 million, including, Commercial, Industrial, Single and Multi-family projects.

1988 – 1993: 

Vice President of Ericksen Communities, Inc., completing single and multi-family projects ranging in size from 38 – 800 units and in price from $100k - $650k.  Successfully directed the planning, rezoning, design, development and construction of projects totaling over 900 completed units.

1984 – 1988: 

Project Manager, RSH Constructors, Inc., a $90+ million regional General Contractor.  Managed Projects from general offices, hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, multi-family, industrial and manufacturing with between $5 - $10 million under contracts at all times.  Responsible for scheduling, buy-out, issuance of POs and sub-contracts and daily project management, directed field superintendent and his subordinates.

1982 – 1984: 

Projects Manager, Stardial Investments Corporation, directed all field operations for large land Development Company.  Directed all design professionals, legal consultants, and all operations managers.

1980 – 1982: 

Vice President, Caldwell Equity of Florida, Inc., directed the construction and development of two high-rise multi-family projects.

1978 – 1980: 

Sales Coordinator, Dean Steel Buildings, Inc., responsible for the sales and construction of pre-engineered metal buildings.
