Experience and Qualifications:

1992 – Present: 

Vice-President & Stockholder of EHC, Inc. (formally Ericksen-Hunt Construction, Inc.) where responsible for full P/L operations of Site Division.  Duties include marketing, estimate approval, equipment management and acquisition, personnel, production scheduling oversight and project management for Site Division projects ranging in size from $10k - $2 million, including, clearing, mass excavation, utilities, roadwork and paving, and landscaping.

1988 – 1992: 

President and Owner of Hunt Site Development, Inc., a full service site development company completing projects ranging from $5k - $650k.  Responsible for all aspects of business operations including office management, equipment maintenance and operation, estimating and scheduling.

1977 – 1988: 

Vice-President of Mike Woods Construction, Inc., a site development company completing projects ranging from $5k – $350k.  Responsible for estimating, field and equipment management, project management and operating various type of equipment.

1976 – 1977: 

Mechanic and Shift Manager for Community Shell Auto Care.  Responsible for 5:00 PM – Midnight shift, including, management of pump attendants, register closeout and mechanical duties.
