Bardi, Brawler and Roe sat around Jer's hospital bed for what seemed like hours waiting for her to wake up.
"Am I dead?" Jer asks, finally waking up.
"Not even close, hon." Brawler says smiling.
"He raped me." Jer says staring at the ceiling.
"Sweety, the doctors checked everything, and he didn't get the chance to rape you. Believe me, you are fine petal." Roe says, as she squeezes Jer's hand.
Jer looks at her, "but.....nevermind." Jer says, and then closes her eys. She tries to move, and pain shoots up through her body. "Ow fuck!!" she says hardly able to talk.
"You were shot in the shoulder." Bardi says, as the door to the room opens and Chris walks in.
"Hi." Chris says smiling at Jer's shock.
"I think we will leave you two alone." Brawler says laughing.

The next few days were a time of healing and finally getting ready to go home. Jer and Bardi had no idea what they were going to say to family once they got home. But, if they could get through the kidnapping, they could get through anything, they thought.
For their last night, Chris and Jess held a dinner for the four ladies to celebrate survival. The whole past few days seemed like nothing but a dream. The only thing left was Chris' bruised ribs, and Jer's arm in a sling. Chris had a funeral to go to in the next few days, but it wasn't one he would be unhappy about.

The time had finally come for the four ladies to say good-bye to each other. They stood in the middle of the airport giving group hugs, each dreading leaving each other.
"Will you ever come back to America Roe?" Brawler asks her.
Bardi starts to laugh hysterically until she is in tears. She walks away, not letting them see her breakdown. She had kept everything in until then.
"Oh, I think I will be back." Roe says as she hugs Brawler, and kisses Jer on the cheek. "Tell Elf bye for me..Love you guys." She says as she boards her plane.
Brawler and Jer walk away and to Brawlers gate.
"Bardi needs to get back over here. I'm not leaving until I tell her good bye." Brawler says, as she runs off to find Bardi.
Jer sits at the window and watches Roe's plane take off. Maybe one day she would make it to Australia. She wondered what kind of trouble her and Roe could get into there. The thought made her smile.
Brawler and Bardi return, as Brawler's flight is called.
"Good timing." Brawler said, as she hugged both the ladies.
"Until our next adventure!" Bardi says laughing.
Brawler picks up her carry on bag and slings it over her shoulder. She walks away and turns around with a smile. "See you guys online in a few hours." she says, and then disapears from sight.
Bardi and Jer watch as her plane takes off, as they stand in silence.
"Are you ready to go?" Bardi asks, finally breaking the silence.
"Where?" Jer asks.
"Why home of course. Where else would we go??" Bardi says laughing.
"That sounds like the best idea I have ever heard." Jer says with a smile.
