The ladies got back to their motel around 3 in the morning, closing down the bars. All but one of them were drunk.
"OH look, the phone is lighting up!" Brawler says, ash she stumbles towards the phone. "I got it!" Bardi says as she picks up the phone, and then starts to giggle.
Roe sits on the floor pulling off her shoes. "Who is it ELF Girl?" She says as she falls onto the bed and passes out.
"Who is it?" Jer asks as she comes out of the bathroom.
"Here." Bardi says, as she trips over the phone and pulls the cord out of the socket. "OH, sorry.. it was for you. It was some dude." Bardi giggles and jumps back on her bed.
"Greeeeat, you unplugged it. It was probably my brother." Jer says, as she puts the cord back into the wall. She tries to listen to the message, but it had been erased.
Bardi lay in the bed as Brawler brought her a "Big Beer".
"Could you possibly need more beer??" Jer asked as she got ready for bed.
"One for the night." Brawler laughs as she turns on the tv. "Did I ever tell you I was an insomniac??"
Bardi laughs, and then says.."If your brother wants to marry you, then that was him."
Jer looks back at her, and then at the phone. She wondered if the McQueen character had found her at the Hotel.

The next day went by way to slow for Jer. The concert was that night, and she was ready to hear Fozzy live for the first time. She kept looking at her watch, and it had only moved 5 minutes. It was still morning. She went to the soda machine and came back to the room noticing a rose on the door, with a note to her on it. To keep from questions, she threw it away.
" I saw it, but I left it there for you." Brawler says walking up to her. "Do you know who this admirer is??" She asks.
Jer stared at the torn up rose in the trash, becoming more worried by the minute.
" Come on, lets go have some fun." Brawler says as she pulls Jer towards the elevator.

There are only so many times you can ride the Montu before you become sick. Roe ran to the nearest restroom after she exited the ride for the 10th time. Jer followed her to make sure she was ok.. She was ready for an 11th time.
"I hope she doesn't stay sick all day, or else her day will be ruined." Bardi says to Brawler, who doesn't look to well herself. "ohhh animals.. lets go play with them until they get back." Bardi says to her.
"Nah, not me. I don't think I could stand the stench of animal right now." Brawler says, as she sits on a bench.
"Ah well, when they come out you know where I will be. " Bardi says as she takes off to go pet the goats.

Bardi walks into the petting zoo area, and a man follows her in. he keeps his distance, but she can still tell he is following her. She turns to look at him, and he smiles at her.
"Hi" he says as he starts to pet one of the sheep that had come up to him looking for food.
He looked so familiar to her, but she couldn't place him as anyone she had met before. The bright blue eyes stood out with the blue shirt he was wearing.
"Do I know you?" Bardi asks him with her hands on her hips.
"No" The man says with a laugh. "The name is Joseph." He says, as he extends a hand to Bardi. The sheep leaves him and nuzzles Bardi's hand. "Looks like she likes you more than me." he says with a laugh.
"I've got food." Bardi says laughing.
"There you are!" Jer says,walking up. "Let's go, Roe is hungry" she says as Roe gives her a sickening look.
Bardi starts to walk off when he calls after her. "HEY, i didn't get your name." He says to bardi.
"Bardi." She says, smiling back and walking off with the small group.
Roe looks at Bardi as they walk away.. "Who was that?" she asked her.
"Just Joseph." Bardi says and shrugs her shoulders.

They were finally on their way to the concert. All four ladies jittery with excitement. Upon arriving, they gather with the massive crowd that had arrived already. The rising popularity of Fozzy noticalbe on this day.
A few minutes into the wait, a ballcaped man hands jer a note. The ladies gather to read it. "McQueen wants to meet you!" Roe says excitedly. "GO Petal!" She says, as Jer looks over at Bardi.
"Just remember we are out here." Bardi says to Jer.
Jer starts to walk away, hesitates and looks back at her three friends, and then turns and walks away.
"Lucky girl." Brawler says, as the doors finally open letting everyone in.

Jer walks around the corner to where the buses and trucks are.
"Psssst." Says a person in a cubs hat.
"Hi!" jer says. "Chris is that you trying to hide?"
"Yeah, sure, follow me." he takes her hand, and leads her to a car. She gets in with him and the car speeds off.
"Chris.. Mr Irvine??" She asks as he takes off his hat to show long blond hair. She sees his eyes in the mirror watching her. "Where are we going?" She asks.
"Anywhere but here baby." He says, as she slowly realizes this isn't Chris at all. "If you scream, I will pull over and kill you in the deepest, darkest woods and no one will find you. And the best thing is, your most precious Chris will get the blame." The man says laughing.
Jer starts to cry.
"Dont cry sweetheart." He says as he hands her a dirty kleenex.
