Chapter 3
"Does everyone here pretty much know the dances? I mean, everyone that has to do them," Nick looked around. "Yeah," BSB answered in unison. "Ok, I'm gonna try to get some sleep. Nothin' else to do," Brain announced. "I guess I will too," AJ agreed. "Me too," Kevin agreed too.(Sleepy people, huh?) "I'm too awake after my nap earlier," Howie declared. "I'm too hyper," Nick cried. "I can't sleep, either," I put out. "I guess I'll just read then," Cori said and pulled out a book. I took out my Gameboy and began to play again. Nick once again came over to watch. "Oh! Can I play this level?" Nick pleaded. "Sure, go ahead," I handed him the Gameboy and watched him play. After we finished playing we were laughing because he kept making the hero character move in weird ways. "Wow! You don't act like a fan at all!" Nick said while laughing. "Really? You act so normal, I keep forgetting you're world-wide famous," I replied. "I AM normal!" "I know! It's just..." "I understand." We sat there looking at each other. "So have you beaten this game?" Nick finally broke the silence. "No, not yet." "I have, it's one of my favorites." "One of mine too!" "Hey guys, think we can ALL talk about something?" Howie said. "Oh, sorry, D," Nick apologized. "So, um... what to talk about..." I said. "How about TV,Ó"Nick suggested. "Um ok," I said. "Whatever, what's your fave show, Megan?" Howie asked. "Probably 'TRL' on MTV," I replied. "That show's pretty cool," Nick and Howie agreed. "I like TRL,too," Howie said. "Yeah, 'cause you're always at number one!" I laughed. "I know, but it's pretty cool by itself. Carson's nice," Howie said. "I don't have a favorite," Nick put in. "Well, you guys can talk, but I'm gonna read for awhile," I announced and yanked out a Calvin and Hobbes comic book from my backpack. As I started to read, Nick once again came over and began reading over my shoulder. This was heaven! What did I do to deserve this?Back to.......
