(BACK AT THE HOTEL)
Nick and I wrestled on his bed. We rolled onto the ground with a thud. Kevin looked up from what he was writing.(the song from earlier) and gave us an exasperated look then went back to what he was doing. Brian, AJ, and Howie were out at a club in extra good disguises. Kevin wasn’t up to it and Nick and I were still too young. We rolled around for awhile before Kevin told us to stop or go to his room. We looked at each other , nodded, and held out our hands to get the key to his room. He handed us the key and we ran out. There we wrestled and kissed. Then he started to tickle me.
Finally, we both fell asleep.
I woke up to Nick nudging me.
“Hmmm?” I looked at him.
“It’s 11:50, you better go,” he looked back at me.
“Ok,” I got up and started smoothing out my clothes and hair. “I love you,” I said and walked out the door. I walked to the elevator smiling.
(NARRATED BY NICK IN BRIAN AND HIS ROOM)
“Wow!” I thought to myself as I lay on my bed in the dark. Kevin had gone back to his room. I was thinking about Megan. She was so beautiful today as
always was/is. Had she really meant she loved me? Maybe. What if she did? Do I love her? Oh well, she is soooo beautiful, smart, funny, wonderful. I love
the way her hair falls over her shoulders. I love how she doesn’t scoff at me for being immature sometimes. Her energy matches mine and she isn’t shy about doing energetic things. She can have good time! Just about then Iguess I fell asleep thinking about Megan.
(MEGAN’S NARRATIVE--MY HOTEL ROOM)
Dad and Cori were asleep when I got back. I was sitting in the hallway because I couldn’t fall asleep. I sat thinking about Nick. He’s so cool. He
doesn’t act like I would think a celebrity would. I understand he’s a normal guy but still... He’s also sooo fine! I love his smile! It’s great that he can just have fun and not be overly serious. He has lots of energy like me. I think I meant when I said I loved him now that I think about it. Even if I have known him for such a short period of time He’s so wonderful! Ilove the way he is, nothing I want him to change. I sighed and went to bed, dreaming of Nick.
