Gita (j-ee-ta) Togenshou is the female of Torrent. Unlike Cye, she is outrageous, and knows everyone, but unfortunately, she's not one to meddle with, for she has a temper shorter than Mia's skirt (or shorts). Unless, she is meeting someone new, she is usually cold and unforgiving, although she knows when it's required of her to be on her best behavior. In her spare time, she loves to sing, and her name "Gita" even means "song" in indian. She's so different from her new best friend, Umi, and is not convinced that the male ronins are real. Even though she has had a run-in or two with Cye. She came orginally from India, with Japanese parents, who moved back to Japan when she was around 10, and now she must put aside her stubborness to fight along side the other warriors. As of laltey, Gita has let up on her mean act, and shown compassion. Wehn Umi was daputred by Dais, it taught her more of life and love than she'd stopped to see before. Now, next to Umi, her greatest little buddy is Yuli, who she will always watche with her very life.
