| In my journey to find out what people thought what the bible says about ghost, I typed in that question and I clicked onto the second site I came to. The topic on that web site was, What Does the Bible Say About Ghosts and Life After Death? Below is a couple of comments that were made. |

| He is talking about what people call ghost. I never believed in ghost, but that’s what there called even though I no once your dead your dead. You don’t float around on earth. You either go to heaven or hell. Its demons that are going around portraying themselves as ghost/dead people. If a demon would show his true self to all these ghost fanatics, mediums, psychics and so forth. They would stop. The bible makes it very clear. When dead you go up or down. So with that being said. Its demons tricking people. |
| Remember that angels, both those of God and those who rebelled against God, are NOT human. They aren’t going to appear as themselves to most people. So they take on the form of a benign spirit to fool people, and when they can’t fool them, they do things like haunt people and play tricks on people, sometimes even harming them physically. It’s another of Satan’s games. Don’t fall for it. |
| One of the entries say, "once your dead your dead" well that is very true but no one knows what we become after that. After reading a couple of these comments I decided to make an entry. My comment I entered into the web site was as follows. Why does the word ghost even exist in the bible if there is no such thing? Why does the words "Holy Ghost" exist, to me it is naming of which ghost they refer to, meaning there are others. If people think the research people do is garbage then they do not have an opened mind. To believe in God or the Holy Spirit you must have an open mind, have you ever seen God or have you seen the Holy Spirit or have you ever seen an angel with wings? If you have then I would think that is a part of a paranormal experience, it is not every day people see such things. I believe when people read the bible they have their own beliefs or interpretation on what it truly means. How can you believe in Demons and not believe in ghost, does that mean you do not believe in the Holy Ghost? The meaning of ghost is as follows; 1. The spirit of a dead person, especially one believed to appear in bodily likeness to living persons or to haunt former habitats. After I made the that entry I did reply to a couple of more with one entries directed to me. When the topic was switched around to asking me to "share with us your spiritual beliefs" and making this statement "I’ve had conversations with many strong Christian women and they admit with almost the same percentage as men say they do struggling with sexual temptation of the eyes. These women simply said they were deceived and wasting their time chasing either fantasies at best or demonic influence at worst." I knew I was dealing with a person with a closed mind. I did reply and this is part of my reply.The reason I found your website was because I was searching for answers in how people interpret or believe in what the bible said about ghost. When I typed in that question I found your web site. After reading a couple of comments, I felt a couple of the statements I read were made by people with closed minds. Is it not said that we will meet or savior? What are we when we meet him, are we of flesh and blood when that time comes? It is our soul, spirit or our ghostly bodies we become when the time comes. What does sexual temptation have to do with ghost, does he think women think they have sex with ghost? Does he mean, if a person sees a apparition that it means it is a sign of sexual temptation? How ludicrous!! Just recently he posted he had accidentally deleted my reply. I resent the reply and it still has not been entered on the web site. Sure he has the right not to post it but don’t make any excuses. I really think the people who protest the most, that there is no such things as ghost, are the ones who fear the most, the fear of the unknown is powerful. |
