You begin in a guard
there are many ways to get to this position many times your opponent will put his own arm inside your guard when he is trying to pass but if not,
push your opponent's left hand between your legs w/ your right hand and begin to put your right leg around his neck
then lock your right leg around his neck and sometimes if your opponent has a large neck you may have to hold onto your ankle for a second so you can adjust.
Now pull his right hand across to your right side and squeeze down a little bit so that he cant just pull his head out
then lock your left leg over your right foot in a figure four type position and squeeze w/ your legs and lift your hips at the same time while pulling down on his head w/ both hands. You must make sure that his hand stays on your right side because if he can get it to the other side he can prevent the choke.
