Arm Bar(Juji-gatame) from the Guard

This move works well for people of all sizes. It must be done quickly though.


You begin in a guard


First you push his head to your right w/ your right hand and bring your legs up very high around his chest.


You then throw your right leg over his head and spin on your back so that you are facing his shoulder.
apply the armbar by squeezing your knees together and raising your hips and pulling his wrsit towards your chest. YOu must make sure that his thumb is facing up.
