You
step around the side of the mountain, being rather wary of the edge. You
walk, or rather climb up to a large, steep cliff on the opposite side of
Desara Peak. This flat area is covered in dried grass, and looking off
to one side, a glimmer of gold catches your eye. You start in surprise
as you realize it to be a dragon hatchling.
Walking nearer, you look closer at the tiny form and it turns its head
to trill softly at you before curling up again and falling asleep instantly.
You smile and turn back down to the pass, trying
not to wake it up as you're beginning to wonder where the little hatchling's
parents are...
