The Story of Imp World follows Bruno and his military unit of Gotokin Imps. In order to fully understand the full Imp World story we have to delve deep into the past and examine the history of the Imps. Long ago a fantastic civilization was built by the Gotokin fabled and gloried amongst the legends of the Imps. A horrible disaster forced the Gotokin to flee their fabulous cities and try to rebuilt. Upon landing in a new land, the Gotokin met their distant cousins the Etchikin, joining forces trying to survive in a hostile land with little or no technology. A fabled hero, Sorgen, arose to defend both the Ethcikin and the Gotokin from these hostile forces. The civilization propspered the Gotokin and Etchikin working together for survival until an internal conflict arose and the Imps needed to be defended from a new threat. A great war ensued as the Imps fought each other and outside forces. The civilization crumbled. In a mass pilgramage the Gotokin fled again until they reached the continent Ssorcam and reastablished their civilization. The Etchikin followed them, launching raids until they finally disappeared for ages. Now the Gotokin have a thriving civilization, having just defended it's border from the evil, mindless, Leonidlings. Unfortunetly, the Etchikin have reappeared, determined to resume the ancient conflict of centuries past. Only Bruno and his small military squad, Sammy, Mieto and others, can help the Gotokin survive the coming strife.

BRUNO-Bruno is a low-ranking officer in the Gotokin military, in command of the M-7 squad.

SAMMY-Sammy is a scarred and seasoned veteran under Bruno's command in the M-7 squad. Extremely xenophobic and hateful of the Etchikin and his team mate Mieto.
MIETO-Soldier in Bruno's M-7 squad. Supposedly a Gotokin/Etchikin half-breed. Continually fights and bickers with Sammy.
SAKI-Strange chef/soldier of the Gotokin. Extrememly unpredictable in both the battlefield and in his kitcken in the Gotokin Presidential Palace. His Catch-of-the-Day is extremely deadly.

DIROPI-Second in command of the Etchikin extremely sadistic.

ANREC-Griseled vetran. General in the Etchikin army. Pryokinetic (Telekinetically controls fire)

ICAS-Extremely stupid soldier of the Etchikin. THE most poweful member of the Etchikin race, unfortunetly his power is often missused by his own stupidity.

MX POPO PROTOTYPE JETBACK- experimental jetpack filled with missiles designed as a light hit -and-run, recon craft. Also can be used in place of a parachute

ETCHIKIN BS-9X DREADNOUGHT- extremely large ground based mecha unit. Appears much later in the series.
