Luigi has been through a few changes, he's been turned into a Koopa, married and trying to adjust while Gadd, Mario, and the others try to help him change back. Meanwhile Larry has a few problems of his own and they involve the undead.

Yoshi had failed in saving the babies, but instead of being killed they were turned into Koopa Hatchlings and raised by Kammy. Now years later they are Bowser's top generals. Mario was willing to follow his king, until he came across a princess.
