HUMANITY'S RULES AND PRACTICES MIRROR GOD'S MARRIAGE LAWS

          Automotive:  If one were to purchase a new car from a dealership, once it is sold and driven off the lot it automatically is termed a used car if it is resold.   Yes, it cannot be resold as a new car.   The initial transfer becomes an immediate matter of record and all subsequent transfers are as a used car.   So, there is a difference between the new and used.

          Breaking The Seal:  If one goes to a grocery store, for example, the grocer owns everything in the store, it all belongs to the grocer until sold to a customer.   Then, when the customer has purchased an item, the customer can legally break the seal on the package or packages.   However, if a potential customer breaks the seal on a package before buying an item, that customer is obligated to purchase the item.   That is, the item is not to be resaleable as a wholly new item.   It is defiled to all other customers ... the seal has been broken.

          The Family Under GOD:  The father, as head of household, owns his wife and children.   They are his property.   The sons can never be sold.   That is, the sons always remain in their father's family and carry-on the family name be they good or evil.   Daughters, however, may be given away, sold, or otherwise transferred to a husband.   Therefore, a daughter leaves her parents' family to become a part of her husband's family.   The maiden then becomes her husband's property, his betrothed (temporary or conditional) wife.   Again, this betrothal is a temporary condition until the marriage is consummated (made permanent) or the husband exercises one of his two other options.

          Now, under GOD, each maiden has a very valuable seal, her virginity, that must not be broken until the father transfers his daughter unto her new husband.   And, the only one authorized to break that seal is her husband, an act which changes the betrothal to a permanent marriage (for eternity if she is among the righteous).   Therefore, when that seal is broken it is a sign that the woman is married and that her marriage is permanent under GOD.

          If a maiden gives her virginity to another without her father's permission (blessing), the father may withhold his daughter from that man; but, the father then becomes liable for his daughter's whoredom if she pursues such a life with another man or men.   So, the man who breaks that seal has purchased himself a wife under GOD whether he likes it or not.

          The importance of that seal, the maiden's virginity, is such that the Scriptures declare that it is worthy of death to a man, other than her husband, to take a betrothed woman and also for the betrothed maiden who cooperates.   Similarly, when a marriage is made permanent the same conditions apply.   And, excepting the concubine, a wife who lays with someone other than her true husband is unclean unto her husband thereafter.

          Thus, the only time a wife may remarry is as a concubine, a pseudo wife, if her husband should die.   All else is whoredom.

          Now, a man may enter several virgins and, therefore, have several wives; but, the woman has but one virginity and, therefore, has but one true husband.   It's a microcosm of the marriage of the Firstfruits unto the Messiah.   The Firstfruits will each have one husband, their Messiah, while the Messiah will have many, many thousands of "wives."

GOD'S MARRIAGE LAWS SPEAK

          The Significance:  Understanding GOD'S marriage laws is very important because:

1. They were established to govern human behavior and relationships.
2. They help explain who's who in Scripture.
3. They help explain a great deal regarding events during The Final 42 Year-Hour.

          For example:  Understanding who's who in Scripture requires understanding GOD'S marriage laws.   That is, David, Solomon, Judah, Abraham-Hagar, Jesus, and perhaps others have both a true and false lineage presentation:  David is of Judah (false) versus David was King of Judah (this world) (true) and David is of Ephraim (true); Solomon is of Judah (false) versus Solomon is of Canaan (true); Judah's children are Israel (false) versus Judah had no legitimate sons and heirs (true); Hagar's son, Ishmael, is the legal son of Abraham (false) versus Hagar's son, Ishmael, is the fatherless child begotten by Abraham's adulterous relations with Hagar (true) (That is, if Ishmael were Abraham's legitimate son or if Hagar were Abraham's legitimate concubine ... Abraham would have had obligations to raise and to care for the child and his mother under GOD'S laws; but, if the child were conceived in whoredom, Abraham was responsible, under GOD, to separate himself from both Hagar and Ishmael); Jesus is a Jew (false) versus Jesus is not a Jew (true) (Joseph paid taxes whereas Jews didn't pay taxes but taxed the non-Jew; Jesus is the Christ whereas Jewry has been playing the role as the antiChrist; Jewry claims to be the children of Solomon whereas Solomon is a Canaanite sent forth to afflict this disobedient world).

          GOD'S marriage laws and man's practices also explain that the early Israelites were dispersed throughout all peoples of the then known world.   That is, following Solomon's death, about when Jeroboam took the Ten Tribes North to become the wandering tribes of the Asian Steppes and Eastern Europe ... the Philistines, Edomites, the Africans with Shishak, and others took Israelites captive.   Even Benjamin, Levi, and those who called themselves Judah remained with Rehoboam (Solomon's children).   Then (realizing man's practices and the dispersion of the Ten Tribes via Europe, Scandinavia, Asia, China, etc.) it is doubtful that anyone truly knows who's who.   Thus, GOD certainly intermingled all peoples (Jeremiah 31:27; Amos 9:9).   Indeed, the Ten Tribes even served the throne over the Sixth Kingdom (Jewry) and are amongst the two powers reigning over the Seventh Kingdom (Christianity and Islam) (Revelation 17:12-17).   And everyone should be very concerned with obeying GOD'S laws regardless of who they may think they are or presume to be (Amos 9:10).

          Another example:  Understanding GOD'S marriage laws explains a great deal of prophecy regarding events during The Final 42 Year-Hour.   That is, initially the Firstfruits are betrothed unto GOD (Hosea 2:19-20), GOD then seals ("restores the virginity" of) His betrothed wife (Revelation 7:4-8; 9:4; Ezekiel 9:4-11) in the third year of Darius (Zechariah 2:5-13; 6:5; compare 1:7 with 7:1); GOD then gives His betrothed wife (still a virgin) unto His Son (Exodus 21:9), the Son receives His Kingdom (Daniel 7:13-14; Revelation 11:15-19; 14:1-5); and the marriage of the Lamb is consummated (made permanent) for the Firstfruits on the Glorious Solemn Assembly (Zephaniah 3:18; Revelation 19:7-9).

          The True Rebirth:  It behooves everyone to learn, to understand, and to comply with GOD'S laws as the child (the Congregation) is born of a virgin (a restored virgin) (i.e. before the marriage is consummated).   This "rebirth" is prefigured by the virgin Birth of Jesus.   So, forget the Religious Beast's "born again" apostasy (substitution), the real rebirth is very neigh at hand.
