Ten years ago Sweet William was an obese, awkward teenager. Now, as an attractive gay man returning home for his sisters wedding he discovers that despite his absence, his family is as dysfunctional as ever. As the wedding day unfolds William has visions of himself as a teen. He relives the beatings by his father, the day that his grandmother caught him diddling with his sisters future husband and his mothers attempt to straighten him out. The next day William hangs himself in the garden. Seeing his own dangling corpse William relives an inescapable past and is freed to take control of his uncertain future. | |||
