A longer sketch:
Captain Jack Sparrow is an outcast pirate who used to be captain of
the Black Pearl (the fastest ship in the Caribbean). However, his crew
 abandoned him on an island many years ago and sailed off with
Barbossa as captain. You can imagine how this infuriated him.
So, to make a long story short, (and not get flamed for giving out
spoilers), he meets up with Will Turner (many years later- after he
has gotten off the island) and they go searching for Elizabeth Swann,
who was taken by Barbossa in order to lift their curse. Along the way,
Captain Jack Sparrow charms the audience and makes his grand exit
by sailing away with the Black Pearl to the horizon.
