We also made a video using Duran Duran's song "Electric Barbarella". It turned out really funny, just like it was meant to be. In the video by Duran Duran, Barbarella is a sexy female mannequin who comes to life. I wanted our Barbarella to be a little girl.

I had to beg and plead with Matthew to play the part of Electric Barbarella. I bribed him and he finally agreed.

I put the Darla wig on him and false eyelashes and tons of makeup. He made it clear that he was very uncomfortable. In the film, Marc Le Bon is tightening the screws in Barbarella and she comes to life. He decides that he doesn't want to keep her, but she has other plans and chases him all over the house. One of the funniest parts is where Barbarella is hooked up to jumper cables as Le Bon tries to reprogram her.
