Atma Darshan Yogashram (ADY)

The Bihar School of Yoga, Munger was founded in 1964 by Swami Satyananda Saraswati in memory of his Guru Swami Sivananda Saraswati of Rishikesh. In order to spread yogic techniques and a yogic way of life on an international scale.

Its branch in Bangalore, Atma Darshan Yogashram, is an educational institution dedicated to serving humanity through the ancient science of yoga. Courses encompass yoga therapy and yoga sadhana.

The courses, therapies and counseling are conducted without any religious bias catering to all, regardless of their religious belief, caste, age, sex, or nationality.
