Muswellbrook R.S.L. Club (Aug 2003 ~ Present)


Operations Manager;

Directly involved with and responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Club. Manage Bar and Gaming operations, with a strong emphasis on Human Resources (Organise appropriate levels of staffing, staff counselling & motivation, discipline staff, staff appraisals and complete rostering of staff)

Granville R.S.L. Club (Oct 1998 ~ Aug 2003)


Bar Manager;

Involved with the management of all gaming installations and bar activities. Generation of reports associated with these areas. Conversant with King Street, T.G.S (both gaming) and Bevlink (bar) systems.

Also responsible for the recruitment, selection, induction and ongoing training of staff. Taking on the role of manager when more senior management are otherwise engaged. Other experiences include, club opening and closing procedures: - set up and issue of floats, allocation of duties, rosters, balancing of all monies at the close of trade and sealing of premises at night.
