        EPISODE GUIDE

          

               Episode # 8 - Everything is Relative

         At Pegasus's Castle, a young masked kid escaped from a cell.  The guards tell Pegasus and he says to watch Yugi.  He knows the boy will want a duel with him.  While walking, Yugi and his friends run into a guard holding a kid.  Tristan tries to free the hostage but the guard tells him that since the kid has no star chips left, he must leave the island.  They follow him to the boat where Weevil and the other eliminated duelists are waiting.  The boy tells Yugi that a masked kid stole his star chips.  Yugi returns to where the boy said he was robbed and indeed, they find the masked duelist.  He is the same kid that escaped from Pegasus's castle and just has Pegasus had predicted, he challenged Yugi to a duel.  Yugi accepts and uses the Millennium Puzzle to change to Yu-Gi-Oh.  Yugi sends out the Winged Guardian and the mysterious kid sends out Man Eating Plant.  Yugi easily defeats the plant and the masked boy identifies himself as Mokuba, Kaiba's little brother.  Mokuba explains that he wants to fight Yugi to bring Kaiba back.  After Yugi defeated Kaiba with Exodia, Kaiba left his home to find himself and to discover what dueling means.   Mokuba isn't much of a duelist and Yugi was winning from the beginning.  Mokuba saw there was no way for him to win so he stole Yugi's star chips and started to run away.

          Meanwhile, Kaiba is sitting in his office when two of Pegasus's henchmen come in and try to catch him.  Kaiba escapes by jumping out the window.  The guards think he is dead but Kaiba was able to get away on the side of the cliff.  After chasing Mokuba down, Yugi persuades him to help fight against Pegasus, the real enemy.  They return to the boat to return the kid's stolen star chips, but the boat has already left.  The guard near them snatches their star chips and throws them in the sea.  Mokuba is again captured but Yugi demands them to duel later.  The guard promises them their duel and to take him to the dueling arena.  When they arrive at the arena, Mokuba is there but so is Kaiba.  He challenges Yugi to a duel!

Episode Rating (1-10):  7.  The only reason this episode was good is because it moved the plot along a bit and made Pegasus more of a villian.
