books published by such major publishers as Signet and Ballantine.
In addition, for thirty years I have edited countless
manuscripts for beginning, intermediate, and advanced writers. (To

both at a reasonable price. I handle:
Full Length Novels, Full Length Non-fiction, Articles, Essays,

Stories, Synopses, Query Letters
Following is my price list. Note I don't do editing by the
hour. Instead, I will give you a firm estimate based on either
the number of pages or the number of words in your manuscript. (Query
letters and synopses excepted, as noted below)
Standard Editing $3.00 per
double-space page. ($30.00 minimum)
Includes punctuation, grammar, and spelling
check, plus I will note problems with logic, sentence and paragraph structure.
Also, if you wish, I will include a general evaluation of your manuscript.
(Note: this introductory offer means you will be receiving a
first-class editing job at a fantastically low price!)
Super Editing

per word. For example, an 80,000 word manuscript would
cost $1,600

Besides standard editing as listed above, I will rewrite when necessary and
put your manuscript in agent- or editor-ready shape. Total satisfaction guaranteed!
Synopsis
For $60.00
I will completely edit and evaluate your
synopsis or proposal, maximum eight double spaced pages, rewriting it
if necessary.
Query Letter
For $40.00
I will completely edit and evaluate your
one-page, single-spaced query letter, rewriting it if necessary.
