Boat just needs the tether for the tiller, the boom sprit finished and painted and the positioning lines for the leeboard installed.  I will also add eyes to the mast for the sprit rope attachments.
Here are the current srit ropes just lashed to the mast.  I have the postitions about right so will make some more permanent attachment points  Small drawer handles may do the trick.
Here are the main halyard and downhaul attached to the cleats.  The boom sprit is on the other side of the mast.  It is used to cach the clew rope and hold the  pully's for the 3 part mainsheet tackle.
This is the mainsheet arrangement.  I am using a 3 part tackle and had to make the boom sprit for the pulleys to fasten to.  I tried it without a boom but the outboard was in the way of the mainsheet rigging.  This way I can move the pulleys forward and the sheeting is all in front of the motor.  It also allows me to have the mainsheet coming from the middle of the boom instead of the transom and I think in use that will be much better.

Doesn't she just beg for a club footed jib.  Everything self tending while tacking.
Hmmm!!
