I took the Featherwind to the lake for it's maiden voyage.... Unfortunately it was
under 12V. power,,,, I have the sail rig all taken apart and there was absolutely
no wind, so it would't have been useful anyway. |
I tried several combinations of location for battery and me,,, finally settled on
the battery forward, me and the troll motor on the port side.... The motor mount
is just bit high, would be better if it was just clamped onto the transom....
Also, the tiller needs some modification but all else is fine. It
loads and pulls so easy!! |
