Hows everyone doin.. i dont really have anything to say except to possibly confirm that this isnt my diary-its a news/anouncements section. On that note the most interesting sports news that made a pretty big impact was the recent tradings in the NBA. Lakers got forward Lamar Odom, forward Caron Butler, forward Brian Grant and a future first round draft pick from the Miami Heat in exchange for center Shaquille O’Neal. This is a very big deal because "Trade at Your Peril" by Scott Peterson at nba.com explains a history of previous trades with former MVP's which allow the team acquiring the former MVP to go on and win a championship. Perhaps this makes the Heat's chances of winning the championship in 04-05' season a little higher if history does in fact repeat itself. However, on a more personal note, my heart is still with the knicks.

Today is Sunday, July 4th 2004. America gained independance from Britain about 228 years ago on this day. Even though I'm not very patriotic this day is def a day for celebration. I got hatred and malicious thoughts directed toward the government of this country not toward the country itself. As eminem puts it best
