Helpful Tips

If you have a good tip that you would like to share, feel free to email it to the Webmaster. You will be given credit for your inclusion.  More tips will be added as they are received so check back often.
  • Laminating your traveler will keep it safe through mailings.
  • Creativity spawns excitement and enthusiasm in children.  Make your traveler unique.
  • Weigh packages at your local post office.  This saves the embarrassment of a "postage due" notice being delivered to your travelers family.
  • Put your name, address, and email addy on the back of your traveler before laminating.  This helps assure your traveler will return if he or she is separated from the original envelope.
  • Stay in contact with your travelers family.  They like to know what is happening with their "child".
  • Children anxiously await their travelers return.  Please return them within one week unless prior arrangements have been made.
