If you are a dude, then I question that fact, since no k3wl dudes ever need to stop and ask for directions.  I suggest you follow this link.

If you are still clueless, then you need to call your IT guy, and ask him to show you how to make the internet work since you are obviously bored, and your IT guy enjoys answering these questions because it serves as a nice break for him from changing toner cartridges and refilling the paper trays with 3-hole punch paper.
