PONs in Israel

There are currently only three PONs in Israel.
Lider and Jennie are both our PONs.
They came to Israel from Poland as puppies and adjusted very well to the place.
One might wonder if they have problems when the weather is hot.
But we all know that in worm climate countries the local animals extend their activity hours to the coolest in the day.
During the worm hours they hide from the sun in a cool and shady place. This is exactly what the smart PONs do. They have a doggie - door so they can come inside the house or they can choose to sit in the shade outside.
Since they originate from Tibet where there are extreme weather conditions, the PONs are easily adapted to different climates.
They are very active during the winter months when the weather is good and not muddy like in Europe. They guard their territory very well and they always bark exactly when it is important.
They are very good dogs and a pleasure to live with. They know how to behave in different circumstances which makes them the ideal companion dogs.
