First copy the following source code, and paste it into the HTML for your
website. Put it between the <body> tags. e.g <body> put it here
</body>
Download the following class file and put it into the same folder as your page.

You will see in the source code you have copied into your page, a part that says: <PARAM name="TEXT" value="Bloggs World">
To change the text, replace "Bloggs World" with your text. Make sure you keep the speech marks around your text e.g.
<PARAM name="TEXT" value="Your Text Here">
From then on I think you should be able to cange the speed, size etc. by yourself.
