Pasta and Fetta Salad
300g Penne Pasta
1 medium red onion
1 bunch baby spinach, chopped
200g reduced fat fetta, chopped
390g tin artichokes, drained and chopped
1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
80g black olives in brine, sliced
2/3 cup WW Italian dressing
1. Cook the pasta in large pan of boiling water till tender, drain.
2. Combine the pasta with remaining ingredients and toss well.
